This was a replacement for my first ColdGear Compression Mock that I bought over a decade ago. It is just as warm and comfortable as the first one. I used them during my work career which was outdoors, during hunting seasons, and the layered ColdGear always kept me very warm and comfortable. It is very durable and wears well over years if taken care of properly. The compression factor of the garment does not leave it either. I would recommend this item to anyone.

As an avid golfer I need lightweight, coldgear compression shirts to swing a golf club. The coldgear shirt fits great and keeps me warm during cold days. Shipping was fast. A little pricey, which is why I look for the discounts, but well worth it. I love how the coldgear compression molds to your body. Especially when playing golf. The tall XL sells out fast so sometimes have to wait for them to come back in inventory. I always go with the white since I like it the the color the best when on the golf course.
I bought one these over 10 years ago and it is still in excellent shape.I bought another one ,because I moved to a place where it does get cold in the winter.The compression shirt makes me feel comfortable, secure and warm.I feel like I have armor (;hence the name ????)underneath my other layers of clothing.Under Armour is the way to go for cold gear .Keep it up, Under Armour. You have a lifelong customer.
The fit (size M) is pretty much in line with previous iterations of the these shirts (both Heat and Cold gear). The main fabric is great, providing good support and warmth while wicking moisture. The choice to make the whole lower back and the armpits out of mesh might work if you are wearing this under a couple of other layers, but if you are wearing it under just a team jersey (e.g. playing soccer) the wind will chill you in the areas where the mesh is. It is a nice demo of how much the main fabric is helping cut the wind, but otherwise isn't good. The additional seams under the arms where the mesh meets the rest of the shirt also cause a bit of irritation, so I much prefer the older versions of these. First, I really like my two shirts. I have purchased them at separate times and both are/were XL’s. However, the last one purchased is slightly smaller than the first. I would have given 5 stars except for this. I’m not much for the return type person so I’ve kept this and I do wear it, it’s just tougher putting on.
I love UA compression and purple is my favorite color. So happy they had some good and colorful compression gear for the cooler weather. I’m a Floridian, so when it drops below 60, I want some gear to keep me warm out there on those chilly days. I paired this with some ISO chill leggings and went for a jog and then to the gym. Made me feel energized the entire time
When I opened the item it is clearly compression wear whereas I was expecting a base layer. The product description does not mention, nor imply, compression anywhere in the text. Might not be Major Golf's fault, the item description could easily have been supplied directly by Under Armour. But I am bearing the cost of delivery and return to learn the item is not what I thought it was. I am unlikely to buy from Major Golf Direct again.
I put this compression base layer to a test with a cold fall day playing outdoor tennis, temp is around 5C, I put on top of the base layer a T-shirt and a windbreaker. After 10minutes, I removed the windbreaker as my body started to warming up.I continued for the remaining hour without the windbreaker and felt not cold at all which is good what I am looking for.My size is Chest=42.5" Waist=38", it feels tight but I guess that is the whole purpose of a compression layer, I feel my movement was not hindered so for sure I will use this for running and cross country skiing. I check the "True to size" question by "It runs small" as it fits the purpose of a compression layer, it is not a negative thing.
