UGG Classic Ultra Mini Boots Light Beige Women - 41

I was referred to StockX by a representative from Ugg as the boot I wanted for my daughter was on backorder looking to come in late February early March. Taking Ugg for their recommendation I bought from StockX and immediately regretted my decision. 1st after my order was accepted, it was supposedly never shipped by the seller, this delayed shipment by 2 weeks as they had to find a new seller. Upon finally getting the product, I quickly realized these were not authentic at all, despite being told they were reviewed by StockX quality team. There were several ways I could tell this. 1) No QR code on the product or box. Any Ugg owner knows all (authentic)products come with a QR code to scan and it takes you to their verification site. 2) The stitching was horrible! The seams didn't line up and were not pretty in no way. 3) The fur inside the boot was pulling away from the otter shell of the booth and when the boot was flipped off it just fell off, by falling off I mean it was worse then a golden retriever shedding. 4) the bottom soles were stamped with something that I have NEVER seen on any uggs. I wanted to believe that they were real, and perhaps something I hadn't seen before, so I decided to take them to our local ugg store, where not one but 3 different employees looked at them and also concluded they were not authentic. This was very disappointing considering the company prides itself on being sold legitimate items. I have contacted StockX and after a couple of days they sent a UPS label to send back the product. I've sent it back, but still awaiting on a refund. Unfortunately i didn't take photos except the ones I had to send to StockX with their green QR tag. Buyer beware!

Shoes ruined after wearing them for the first time ever within just a few hours. Googled how to fix it so i used a bit of water and a paper towel to gently wipe off the stain on the toe area(which the stain is unknown since i hadn’t walked into any unknown liquids so i have no clue what stained them). As i gently wiped off the stain some brown colour was coming off onto the paper towel, yet i hadn’t gotten mud on the shoes, therefore that brown colour WAS THE COLOUR OF THE UGGS COMING OFF ONTO THE PAPER TOWEL. Tried letting the shoe dry only for them to look worse than before. As well as the sheepskin material feeling rough and damaged in that area. UGGs are UGGs, you love them or hate them. I LOVE these. My review is on Hibbett's. Where has this amazing store and website been all my life?! I received a size too big in these UGGs from my hubby. The store he bought them from was zero help as these UGGs seemed to be sold out everywhere. I went online, hoping to find my size somewhere in the nation. Randomly it popped up that Hibbetts had them. I don't typically like to purchase from a website I know nothing about but I gave them a chance. I didn't order until the Wednesday night before Christmas and did not expect them to be here until after the holiday but Hibbett's somehow pulled it off and they got to me within 48 hours. Yay!!!! Could Not Get My Foot In

I have worn Uggs for almost 20 years, have purchased more pairs and styles than I care to admit and have loved and lived in them every cold season for ages. For some reason, this iteration of the Ultra Minis are WAY off. I bought my usual size (7) and was so disappointed when I received them. The opening at the ankle is too small or angled wrong or something because I literally could not even pull them on! What is going on, Ugg!!??! These were immediately sent back. Maybe I’ll try again next year and hope they fix the issue, but the 2023-2024 generation of the Ultra Minis are unwearable.

Fake Uggs:(

I ordered a couple boots from a few different places because they’re hard to find and I wasn’t sure about my size. I received the ones from Victoria’s Secret and they are 100% fake. Either that or the quality was just horrible. They’re so thin and flimsy and the fur on the inside is way too easy to pull out and came off all over my socks. I also bought some through another website and they are real, nice fur on the inside, thick sheepskin and everything. They’re an older color they don’t have on their website anymore so maybe that’s why or the ones I got were just fake. The chestnut color is also not dark enough for them to be real! I put them next to my tasmans and they’re at least a shade different! Moral of the story don’t buy them from here !

Received USED boots!! SO DISAPPOINTED!

JUST received my boots, and opened them the moment they were delivered. I was so disappointed to open the box, only to find out that they were not new! First, I want to preface by saying I ordered the same boots through Ugg, but had to return them because they were a size too big. So when I found my size on Nordstrom.com, I purchased them right away. The first thing I noticed as soon as I open the box from Nordstrom, was that the tissue liner that wraps the boots was quite wrinkled. Since I had just received the larger size from Ugg the week before, I remember exactly what the wrapping paper was supposed to looked like, new and wrinkle free. The boots from Ugg came in the same tissue wrapping, but not wrinkled. Then I noticed that the suede was not smooth, which was my second indication that they may have been used. The suede material was sticking up, like when your clothes get pills, when something rubs against it, is how I would describe it. When I went to lift the first boot out of the box, there was piece of Christmas gift wrapping in the box, which confirmed that they were not brand new. Super disappointed, I was really looking forward to wearing them ASAP. I could see how this could be overlooked, but it could easily be avoided if the returns are thoroughly inspected. Luckily my size restocked with Ugg and I was able to purchase them with a $33 discount too! ($20 reward plus 10% off)!

Terrible service!

The box was destroyed, the Uggs weren’t packed properly. They looked like they had just been thrown in a box. No tissue paper separating them or anything. Then I realized they sent me two right foot boots. The left was missing and there was nothing anyone could do about it. I called customer service three times and the store in Houston it shipped from, they just left me on hold for 8 minutes and never returned. The one agent that helped me., replaced the pink glow that I ordered, with the purple colored ones at the same price. Worst experience with Nordstrom’s in 20+ years. Uggs are terrible now!

Tried the Ugg mini’s on in the store and questioned if the suede was even real. Salesperson said they were real and after a few wears should feel like normal suede…whatever that is supposed to mean. Wore them twice and retuned them. Uggs are poorly and cheaply made now. I’ve been wearing Uggs for over 20 years and very disappointed in the brand now. Thankfully, I still have a few pairs of Ugg Australia & real Ugg boots in pristine condition that I will continue to wear. I will not be buying whatever Ugg is manufacturing these days unless they go back to using quality material. The material Ugg is using now is straight garbage imo.
