TTArtisan 90mm f/1.25 Lens For Leica M
Dispersion is a common optical phenomenon, especially in fast lenses. The 90 mm f1.25 lens utilizes 4 sets of achromatic doublets to significantly improve chromatic aberration and resolution performance, achieving outstanding image quality. Its high light intensity and the unique aesthetic of its depth of field make this telephoto lens the top choice for portrait photographers. The angle of view is 27 degrees. It emphasizes the main subject while avoiding the suffocating feeling of spatial compression that super telephoto lenses can cause. The extremely fast aperture of f/1.25 offers remarkable control over depth of field for selective focus shots and is also advantageous for handheld shooting in challenging lighting conditions. Thanks to the convenient reversible design, you can attach the lens hood in reverse for easy storage. With the extended lens end, it can protect the lens from moisture, wind, and impacts. The aperture ring is graduated with the right amount of resistance and click stops, marking full apertures from f/1.25 to f/16.

Real world tested this lens on a Sony A7-II using a TechArt autofocus adapter. Manually set the IBIS to 90mm in the menu, and spent the day/evening shooting our local Eats/Beats/Eats labor day festival ... mostly all wide open at f/1.25.The lens is big and heavy (metal construction and LOTS of glass) but I do not care since it's so fast!Performed much better than I expected. Seeing that this lens is $13,000. less expensive than the Leica M version ... I'm very satisfied.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much. I'd used the 7Artisans 75mm f/1.25 and it was ok at best. But this lens is SHARP with a really modern rendering. It's comically large on a Leica M body but fits a normal mirrorless or camera like most other 85mm lenses out there. Would 100% recommend if you're a Leica M photographer and have access to a digital body for calibration.
