Really comfortable pillow which reduced neck and shoulder pain significantly on the first night. I felt more rested in the morning. My only comment is that the pillow is not as wide as I thought it would be, my previous memory foam pillow is about 150mm wider, hence an improvement could be to make it wider, by at least 100mm so it is similar to my wife's tranquillow standard soft foam pillow.

Too hard and too high. Made my neck worse. It was supposed to be soft but it wasn't soft for me. Waste of money. I'll need to go to an actual shop this time.

They have a strong odor when brand new and this takes a couple of months to dissipate. The pillow is a bit high for my four year old. The pillow is a great height for my six year old. My children are happy with their new pillows.
I l find this pillow very comfortable. My only complaint is that it is too short, so short that I need to move the pillow across when I roll over, and for this is losses two stars. I would really love this pillow if it were 10cm longer.
Best night’s sleep, and supports my neck very well. I had a neck fusion a long time ago, and my pillow is very comfortable.
