Toblerone Dark Chocolate 360g

It is not as sweet as the original flavor of Toblerone, which is what i was expecting with this version of the candy. It really didn't have any taste to be honest. I didn't get any reminder i was eating dark chocolate until I looked at the box

Hands down my favorite chocolate ever. This dark chocolate is not too rich and not very sweet. The honey and nougat add the perfect amount of sweetness. And the typical toblerone shape helps eating it in moderation. Only downside SOOO DIFFICULT to track down!

This is indeed "dark" chocolate and not "bittersweet" as the label on the Toblerone package indicates; so it is rather sweet, but unlike USA produced products still tastes like that apparently elusive substance known as chocolate. The honey almond nougat is unfortunately mostly lost amidst the chocolateness, but it gives the bar a nice crunch when it is hastily chewed, or a slight stickiness when the bar is slowly savored. In short you can make a meal out of--a portion--of this bar. It's not some vile brown sugary confection, nor is it a gourmet experience; it's simply a satisfyingly rich chocolate bar.

If you love dark chocolate and Toblerone then this is the perfect combination for you. This big bar of Swiss dark chocolate goodness is just as good as the milk chocolate version, if not, better. It’s rich in flavour while not being too bitter and compliments the nougat and almond perfectly. Just like all Toblerone, it is rather pricey but the quality and quantity more than makes up for that.

It’s like Toblerone. But better. It’s still the same honey almond nougat that sticks to you teeth and gives great flavor depth, but now ENROBED in DARK chocolate. Dark chocolate is basically the better version of chocolate, deeper, tastier, more chocolate-y. This is probably my favorite chocolate bar.

The Swiss know how to make their chocolate! What I really like is the honey almond nougat that is throughout the chocolate. At first glance it looks like nuts in the chocolate but it isn't. It tastes almost like a toffee. It is amazing. The white and milk chocolate varieties are also just as good as the dark. I can't even pick a favorite and up until now I had been exclusively a dark chocolate lover. You can't ever just have one piece, so be aware :)

Love it. this would be a good alternative for my favorite Royce chocolate in Japan. The bitterness of the Royce chocolate is a lot tastier and better, but if I can't buy them here I would go for a dark chocolate toblerone. Also, dark chocolate is a lot healthier it contains less sugar unlike some of the flavored chocolate which contains a lot of sugar. this one serving size of mine contains about 3.7 grams of sugar only. That's my weekly/daily intake per day.

Gorgeous chocolate to savour, Not to gulp.

Toblerone has always been good chocolate. Mainly because it is continental chocolate, not as sweet as the British stuff. You don't need so much. It has just the right amount of sugar, not too much & not little. Mind you I'm biased, I was brought up on German chocolate. But Toblerone tops that. I'd rather have this any day. Go on try some, you won't be disappointed!

Type of chocolate

I didn't like the dark version of tobalone as much as I thought I would. I like the original flavor better. But that's just me. Others might like dark better than I do.

this is the classic Toberlone in dark chocolate. the honey and almond nougat keep it from being too bitter, and this is a delicious experience overall. dark chocolate contains minimum cocoa solids of 52%.
