This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray

At the beginning of lockdown I became mentally stressed, and easily got distracted, anxious, and restless. Even though I kept working out every day, I still suffered from insomnia quite a lot. I usually spray 4-5 times on my pillow 10-30 minutes before bed (personally I hate spraying things on sheets/linen) and then wait for the mist to spread for 1-2 minutes before lying down. The lavender scent smells particularly reassuring and calming. I first used it in the afternoon along with using my eye mask, and I fell into a deep sleep within 20 minutes. Based my own impression, this spray works. But the next few times when I used it, achieving deep sleep was still not possible as I had multiple dreams almost every night. The mist has definitely made the process of falling asleep significantly faster, and I didn't wake up dizzy in the morning. Of course, I would recommended that you don't check your phone or watch TV during this time - this spray is not a sleeping pill after all, and we still need to cut off the external sources of disturbance in order to improve our sleep quality. Now since my insomnia condition has improved, I only use it once in a while. I've been using this bottle for 3 or 4 months and haven't used it up yet. 👶 This mist is also baby-approved because of its natural ingredients. Altogether amazing

My whole bedroom smells amazing when I spray this over my bedsheets! AND it does what it says - it really does work! I'm sleeping SO much better than I did before. Actually ordered 3 bottles, one for me, the other 2 I intended to keep in reserve, in case the marketing lived up to the hype. It having done so, I've given away one to a friend who works too hard while looking after 2 children with learning difficulties so is emotionally & physically spent and am going to give another to another great friend who also works too hard and suffers from lack of sleep on the basis that you can't give a greater gift than the gift of a good night's sleep.

Amazing!!!

Amazing!!! I have started to suffer from insomnia again and struggle to fall asleep but I refuse sleeping tablets but I spray a few sprays on my pillow before bed and it helps me relax and fall asleep. It doesn’t keep me asleep all night but it helps me relax before bed, it’s not a strong smell as I didn’t want something over powering but if you use more than 3-4 sprays then it will smell strong but I use 2 sprays. It’s really help me relax at night as I didn’t want to light candles, and showers and baths don’t help me sleep. But the smell is nice, and I use it every night, which will help me to relax and fall asleep. I would recommend this if you want a natural approach to fall asleep and it doesn’t make my pillow smell after.

Common sense work arounds for sensitive skin

This stuff smells amazing, and just because I can't use fragrance on my skin doesn't mean I can't find a work around to enjoy this (and similar items). I spray it on the quilt, my husbands side of the sheets, throw pillows on the couch etc. I'm a patchouli fan and it's slightly similar to me. This is one of the nicest I've smelled. Don't think dirty hippies. Think earthy, organic, fresh, and relaxing it's such an amazing smell. Addicted. As per the dangerous to dogs ingesting review? Mine don't eat my sheets or quilts so I feel pretty confident using it. Not to mention the ratio of that one ingredient to a puff of spray- been using for years and a house full of crazy mutts. All good. . Makes a nice gift- to yourself or someone else!

Great calming smell but expensive

I got a sample of this in my Beauty Loop box so of course had to buy it. It has a really calming scent with notes of lavender, chamomile and vetiver, but the scent is not overpowering. There's nothing better than giving your pillow a spritz or two and then snuggling into the soothing scent before bed. The only reason I haven't given this 5 stars is because it's quite expensive for the amount of product you get. Not sure how long the bottle will last but might try find an alternative that isn't so pricey.

I love it

At first I could not believe that it could work and was cautious, I was afraid to try it, I thought if I didn’t like the smell or it was too chemical, bright, then I would have to change the pillow and ventilate the room. One puff over the pillow turned out to be a completely unobtrusive, pleasant aroma of lavender. It turned out to be so pleasant that I want my whole bed to smell like it. The fragrance is slightly perceptible from one zilch for the whole day. I can’t say whether it will help you fall asleep quickly if you experience insomnia, but it harmonizes me and calms and relaxes me. Always on the bedside table.

IT STINKS BUT IT KINDA WORKS

I have extremely bad sleeping problems & ingesting OTC melatonin gave me nightmares. I was so desperate that I bought this at full price even though it’s so pricey & I wasn’t sure if it was going to work. I do occasionally use a lavender-scented disposable heating eye mask from Japan, which works quite well but the cost adds up in the long run & it’s probably not great for the environment. I find this spray effective but not as effective as the mask - with the mask I fall asleep within what feels like 15 mins or less 90% of the time, even when I’m not tired at all, but with this spray if I’m not tired at all it doesn’t work & only makes me fall asleep faster when I’m already somewhat tired. With this spray, I keep smelling this oily smell, if it makes any sense. Not sure if I sprayed too much but if I used less I could barely smell anything. I think is ok to buy when on sale since it does kinda work, not like some gimmicky product.

Might as well be chloroform

This stuff is MAGIC. I’ve been using it for 7 years, I was in hospital unable to sleep on steroids, all the beeps and noises and lights, and the insomnia was BAD… I had a sample of this and thought I had nothing to lose so gave it a go but didn’t believe for one second it would do anything other than smell nice. I was unconscious in less than 5 minutes! I immediately bought a bottle and have used this every day ever since. I cannot recommend this product enough to literally anyone I meet. I also now use the Plus version too and that’s also incredible

Not useful

I really wanted this to work. However it didn't for me. I don't like the smell it reminds me of jungle formula. I didn't sleep any better and often had a headache in the morning when using. The only thing I can say is that when I did use it, I seemed to feel tired and wanted to go to sleep. Will not be purchasing again and its very expensive to find out if it works. If you want to try this product. I would use the little sample version. It might be expensive but it better than having a big bottle that is no use to me now and a waste.

Really Does Work

I use this pillow spray as part of my bedtime routine. In the past I’ve struggled with getting to sleep of a night. This pillow spray helps me to fall asleep quickly. The aroma is extremely pleasant; it is a combination of scents that include lavender, vetivert and camomile which combine beautifully. It helps me to relax and settle before drifting off quickly to sleep. This large size product is good value and also allows me to be more extravagant with my nightly spritzing. I love this product and wouldn’t be without it.
