The Jojoba Company 10g Jojoba Lip Balm

At first, it was difficult to use in way that it wasn't easy to get product onto the finger and had to rub the balm and apply on lips 2-3 times to cover all. Eventually it got too deep I couldn't rub finger in the pot with my nails so had to dip to get it out. Which is great in getting enough product but holes in the balm does not help my OCD hahaIn terms of moisturising and last, it feels lovely on the lips and softens my cracked lips but don't think it lasts that long the moisturised feel

A new favourite

I've struggled with dry lips my whole life. A couple of years ago, I had to go to hospital for a procedure, and when I woke up, I asked for something for my dry lips. Well, they gave me a lanolin cream with only about two other ingredients aside from the main one of the actual lanolin istelf. I swear, up until I ran out of it, it was the best, most effective, thing that I had found for my lips. Stopped them being all dry and cracked, and, if anything, also made my lips look plumper.Once it got close to running out, I looked around for a retail supplier for a replacement. Unfortunately, I could find neither that particular one, nor one even truly close in purity. Worked ok, but I wanted something more pure and natural, and without plastic packaging if possible.When it came time to replace that, I encountered this product, and decided to give it a go, as I'd heard jojoba was suppose to be somewhat close to lanolin in effectiveness, and this looked as though it came in a little metal tub. I'm very glad I gave this a try. I apply it in the morning after I've showered and done my teeth, and it usually lasts the whole day, and then I apply it again at night, just before going to bed. I will re-apply during the day if absolutely necessary, but that's rare. I'm not sure if it plumps my lips like what the first lanolin did, as that was too long ago for me to remember. However, it goes on easily, works effectively, and you don't need much of it.The only time that it's truly struggled is right now, when I have a cold that's playing havoc on my lips and nostrils.Also, that little metal container that I thought it came in? Well, I've dropped it a few times, and it's now got a couple of dents in it. I thoroughly doubt that plastic would dent like this has, without cracking ;)

Delivers Result

5 star for me since this lip balm delivers a satisfying result. I always suffer with dry and chapped lips, tried different brands from $5-$80 worth and this one I’ll keep on my pocket. It takes 3-5 days minimum from the first use to see the result - Less dry chapped lips and noticed lesser lines with a rosy coloured lips.I understand the frustration of some from using its finger during application & that it feels hard to get the product - I believe it’s the wax consistency that does wonder. I enjoy re applying it using my finger to help with circulation. This does deliver a good result!!!

Devine!

There is something calming about putting on this lip balm, I can't figure out why. It smells beautiful, texture is smoothe and gorgeous. I use this as my night lip balm and it's just devine. My lips have been put through the ringer with water skiing since I was a child. So to put something like this on smoothes out my dry lips. Love it!

Jojoba lip balm

I love the jojoba range and the lip balm is an exceptionally great nourishing lip balm. Very moisturising for lined dry lips. I have really noticed a big change in my lip condition. Thankyou for a wonderful product

Lip Balm

I love the jojoba products and I do like this lip balm. It would be ideal if it could be available in a lipstick. I find putting my finger into the container all the time (haven't always just washed my hands) is a little less hygienic than using a lipstick.Still love the product, just not the container.Many thanks

Nice lip balm

I like this lip balm and use it regularly. It is very thick though, so feels more like a wax, which might not appeal to some. It's not overly scented and I like that it's in a tin. Very pricey though, hence only four stars.

The Best

This is, quite simply, the best lip balm I have ever used. I used to have those awful flaky, dry bits on my lips until I started using the jojoba lip balm on a daily basis. I use it morning and night and any time in between. I also use it under my lipstick.I ensure that I exfoliate my lips and use the lip balm daily and now my lips feel smooth and moisturised.I absolutely love this product and cannot be without it!

The only lip balm I'll let my kids use.

Feels good on the lips. Lips are smooth and soft after use. Does not have nasty taste or smell. The only lip balm I let my kids use. I love that it's Australian made. Would like to see it in a stick applicator in the future.

Wonderful Product

I buy this product for my teenage daughter, who has eczema and gets Atopic Cheilitis on her lips. She becomes quite distressed if she doesn’t have a lip balm with her at all times. She’s been using this product for about 2 years now and we’ve tried many, many, many different lip balms but this is the only one that gives her the relief she needs, so I buy about 6 at a time to make sure that she always has one. They’re small enough to fit in the pockets of her school uniform so she can use some when needed at school. I’m so happy that we’ve found a product that’s not going to further damage her skin like cortisone creams can and that helps her skin to look and feel beautiful.
