I had high hopes for this pillow, described as a combination of tempur inside with feathers outside, forming a "luxury" pillow. In reality, it is extremely thin. Tempur tells me it can be "fluffed up". This is just wrong. The amount of tempur inside is minimal, and results in a very thin, totally unsupported, pillow that looks nothing like the highly fluffed up pillow in the pictures. Tempur were very unhelpful when I contacted them about this. It is difficult to test a pillow when it is not in a store near you. I will never buy again unless it is physically able to be tested (or very inexpensive).

Perfect softness and support combination. No neck pain in the morning and no “chasing” the right height in the pillow during the night.

There is nothing luxe about this pillow.It is the flattest pillow I have come across and now amount of fluffing can change that.I will definitely return it.

Pillow is nice, however not thick enough for a side sleeper. If your use to the original tempur pillow, you will find this way to thin. It’s ok as a second pillow, however an expensive afterthought.
