Got this while it was on sale and suprised how good it is for the price. I don't think it even mentioned that it has 256gb storage which is plenty. Only wanted it as I needed dual sim and 5G. Both work really well.

Got this to replace an old iPhone and I am absolutely delighted with it. Easy to set up and the quality is excellent. I have had no problems with it so far. Camera is great and the screen is so large and responsive. Really pleased I got this and the earbuds are a god send .

After having Samsung's at 3x the price I am well impressed with this. Would I recommend .... Yes Would I try other TCLproducts .... Yes
For the price point this is as good as it gets, ticks all the boxes. Great solid feel, great battery life, good screen, good camera. Came with Android 10 but updated to 11 straight away. Definitely recommend if you're the type that isn't interested in spending silly money on contracts but still want a very capable smartphone.
Received the phone and earbuds in good time. When I opened the box and read instructions, I found that I needed the pin tool to open the SIM tray but there was no tool provided.. I tried to open it using pins and needles but couldn't open it. Had to buy one from ebay to be able to get the SIM card loaded and working. Not very pleased. While waiting for the pin tool to arrive I ran the phone to try it. It is big for small hands and quite heavy. The battery is meant to be recharged daily but even without 5G (not in my area) it ran down quickly using internet and taking photos. Had to charge it up twice one day. Due to size and relatively poor battery performance I am, reluctantly returning it. Im glad that i decided to try this brand of phone. Tcl is pretty good! Its a better phone than my slow clunky sony xperia.
The Camera is good when using HDR even at night. I like the screen features and how easy, clean and snappy the Android 11 software is. Setting up my Google Pay and account was simple too. The screen is sharp with plenty of colour making a great buy for the money.
A very good phone overall. Fast, great storage and battery. Came with a back cover and screen protector. A little long for most pockets.
Eventhough TCL good telivisions but with phones they are not that good it seems. My phone start giving me camera issues, freezing all of a sudden. Called customer services to get temporary resolution but the problem again popped up. Even the 5g reception is not that great. Size and memory are the only plus points. Side Thumb touch also fiddly.
