I first picked this up about a year ago when I was trying to find a way to prep my skin before self tanner. Any tanner I invested in seemed to magnify and clog all pores on my legs, giving me "strawberry legs." I also couldn't get an even tan and had horrible dry patches. I have been using this item for several years and unbeknownst to me, they “changed” it. The cloths might be biodegradable now, but the product is crap. Like for most, this product caught my eye because of the price. I was previously using Thayers, which is a great product for sensitive skin, but it gets a bit pricey. That said, I bought my first bottle of Dickinson's hoping it would be a good replacement toner for me since I have sensitive skin that burns and peels with harsh toners. So far, this product has worked well! It does not burn and has not made me peel. Frankly, I think it has done wonders for my skin and cleared it up significantly. Arguably, even better than Thayers! Fast forward a few months, I bought this product for my mom since she was looking for a good toner as well. I recommend giving it a shot. I'm definitely buying this product again
It has helped me with so many things! Including my acne and razor burn. But my favorite use is for my underarms. I use natural deodorant and it’s perfect because it has stopped for from smelling! I researched it and it actually has been proven to help with the ph of your underarms to help with the smell. I’m actually able to just put this on my armpits without deodorant, sweat all day and I don’t stick! I also had a few bug bites and it instantly helped. I know the smell isn’t the absolute best but it goes away. It’s an incredible product and I will continue to buy it forever.

My third time getting this. It’s great as face toner without any added ingredients but witch Hazel only. I use it before I put my day/night cream. Other toner you bought out there are full of nasty ingredients added on. I live in Israel and it’s hard to find this. I bought it this time for my DIY room spray. I love all-natural, multi purpose products, and Dickinson's Witch Hazel is one of my all stars. It's just plain witch hazel with no odd additions to it, and is a great value. I find it most helpful as a toner in hot weather when my skin becomes slightly oily, cold out of the 'fridge on a cotton pad to revive myself on a sweltering day (or night!), and this time of year, a Godsend when it comes to taking the sting out of a recent bug bite. This product, and this brand, has been around for a loong time because it performs as you need it to and gives you nothing that you haven't asked for.
