I have dry eyes but I can not use the RX drops … they made my eyes feel drier for some reason. The Systane complete I have used for over 3 years now and it is my preferred over the counter drop. The ingredients is this drop are lubricating but they don’t cause blurriness or any long term issues . They seem to absorb quickly. I wish the container was much larger and the price lower though. Being a lubricating drop these don’t fix the problem so you do use this a few times a day . Rx drops are designed to fix dry eye and help you produce more tears on your own but they have side effects and are not tolerated by everyone . The active ingredient is propelyne glycol.

Other brands I needed to apply several times per day and often 2-3 times in the middle of the night. These don't cause blurry vision, which is a plus. I've purchased a few of the twin packs so that I can have them available to me in many rooms and in my car. I also buy the preservative free version because preservatives in other brands cause my eyes to be irritated and red.

I really like how affordable these drops are. They're ready to use and work very quickly to relieve any dryness. The only thing I would change is how difficult it can be to squeeze the bottle when you are having an arthritis flareup. Other than that, I highly recommend these eye drops!
I have super dry eyes staring at a computer all day definitely doesn’t help. My eye doctor recommended these for some added lubricant and I put them on twice a day typically, morning night, and have noticed a big difference. One drop goes a long way for me!
I just got this today. I went to the eye doctor yesterday and was told the reason my eye is watering is because I have dry eye. So I purchased this for it. I like to use eye drops after I take my makeup off. It really cleans makeup out of your eyes you dont realize that is in there. These work good and dont burn or dry your eyes out. Some eye drops can dry your eyes out. So take it from someone who knows use these or the gel type eye drops. It is really worth the extra 3 or 4 bucks.
My husband has really dry eyes and this is the only thing that works for him. He’s tried so many drops but this one works the best and last a lot longer than the other brands. No burning or stinging just eyes that feel hydrated. It is a little pricey but so worth every penny. If you have dry eyes you definitely need to try these eye drops.
These are the best OTC eye drops for allergies. I live in an area with a lot of pollen and windy springs/summers and these eye drops are my saving grace. They help all the itchy/dry eyes go away.

I have dry eyes and sometimes it is painful. I have my regular drops, which I use 2x a day. These drops actually work way better, and it actually does get better without me having to sleep to get rid of it. I am very pleased with how effective this eye drop works to relieve my pain.
