I was a little apprehensive about Swisse Probiotic and prebiotic gummies as previously have found gummy supplements to be dry and very artificially flavoured. These, thankfully, had a great soft chew and delicate orange flavour, and I could easily snack on these by the handful, it was hard limiting myself to 2 a day.The fact that the gummies deliver a powerful daily serve of pro and prebiotics is great and being fridge free is a bonus. This makes them so convenient to take daily and reap the benefits, especially when travelling.I have already added these to my daily supplements, keeping my body happy and healthy.

I began taking Swisse Gummies over 3 weeks ago, first thing in the morning (before food or coffee). These delicious Swisse gummies contain chicory root fibre, which is a natural prebiotic as well, taste like an orange lolly and so convenient to take (and carry). Each Gummie has 3 billion CFU of probiotics per serve, which apparently is the ideal strength to assist your gut’s daily biome. These Swisse Gummies are also Vegan-friendly and have no artificial sweeteners or added sugar which is perfect as I’m Vegetarian! Will definitely keep buying these!

As a member of the Beauty Love trial team I was thrilled to be given the opportunity to trial the Probiotic and Prebiotic gummies.I don't have issues with swallowing tablets so have never tried a gummie before and was interested to see how I found the texture and taste. They are a firm jelly like consistency that reminds me of lollies and there is no awful aftertaste as I thought there may be.There are 45 gummies in each gummie and the recommended dose is 2 daily. These won't last a full month so at around $30 a jar they are not inexpensive, but are a very convenient way to take your vitamins.I haven't noticed a whole lot of difference in my gut health yet, but will purchase another jar to continue take them for a few more weeks to see if I can notice anything ... MoreAs a member of the Beauty Love trial team I was thrilled to be given the opportunity to trial the Probiotic and Prebiotic gummies.I don't have issues with swallowing tablets so have never tried a gummie before and was interested to see how I found the texture and taste. I really like how tasty and easy to consume these gummies are. I love the orange flavour and how chewy they are . Compare to my normal tablets I often forget to take. The pack keeps them fresh and chewable without needing a fridge. It’s definitely an easier way to consume prebiotics and probiotics. I like the fact they don't contain any extra sugar or sweetener. I have not experienced any side effects or tummy issues while taking them, so far so good! Will keep taking them.
These SWISSE Probiotic + Prebiotic gummies are amazing. I love that it’s like a 2 in 1 chewable gummy that you can have every day to help with your gut health. Super convenient as they don’t need to go into the fridge and can be left at your office desk so that you don’t forget to take them. The flavour is orange and quite sweet however it’s very pleasant and easy to chew. This is the easiest way to make sure that I’m looking after my gut health everyday. Also love that there is no added sugar to make sure that I’m keeping to my healthy lifestyle! I was gifted this product sample to trial and review for my honest feedback.
Wow, what a great tasting product! I’m not a huge fan of chewy lollies so I was a bit nervous about consuming these natural orange flavour gummies, but I was pleasantly surprised with the orange flavour and the texture. They do not taste like a medicine at all, which surprised me because anything that is good for you usually tastes horrible.I also like this product because it supplies not only your probiotics, but also your prebiotics. Best of all, they do not need to be kept in the fridge which is great when you’re travelling as there is no excuse not to have your daily dose of all things good with no added sugar.I’m looking forward to trying some of the other gummies in their range.
I’ve just started taking these Probiotic + Prebiotic and Magnesium Gummies, and honestly, I’m loving them! I’m not a fan of swallowing tablets, so gummies are a massive win for me. The orange flavor is so good, not too sweet, and they don’t have any weird aftertaste, which is always a bonus. The Probiotic + Prebiotic Gummies give you 3 billion CFU of probiotics per serve, and they also have chicory root fiber (a natural prebiotic, apparently). Plus, they’re vegan, which is a nice touch. No need to keep them in the fridge either – super convenient!
The plastic container for the product looked very professional. It was well labelled as I could see what the product was and the brand name very clearly. I was impressed how it had 3 million probiotics per serve and it had no added sugar. I liked how the plastic container was clear so I could see all the gummies inside. The product was in a plastic container that was very appealing. It was very easy to take off the lid. The gummies were a nice orange colour and had a nice orange flavour. They were easy to chew. I felt great after using this product. My expectations for this product were achieved. After using this product for a few weeks I felt a lot more healthier. The product was so easy to use. SWISSE Probiotic + Prebiotic Gummies are a super convenient and tasty way to support digestive health. The gummies have a yummy fruity flavor that makes them enjoyable to take. I usually take daily probiotics and prebiotics that come in a capsule. So, I have pretty vast knowledge of all kinds of probiotic and prebiotic products and know what to look for. The instructions on these Swisse gummies aren't very clear, whether to take this before or after breakfast etc. So, I have taken it as per my normal practice, which is to have it first thing in the morning or before breakfast. The gummies are a convenient option - they are fridge-free so I could take them with me even when I travel on holiday recently. I like the taste of the gummies, which makes them a great incentive to remember to take them daily. I have tried this in the past few weeks and have not experienced any constipation or feeling bloated.
