Great filleting knife, god for a lifetime if you look after it. Unfortunately lost my last one after 30 years.
Great filleting knife. Great brand. Super sharp and high quality. Would truly love it if they came with a hard sheath or at least an optional one.
I work in a fish factory and it is great for medium fish next knife will be a 30cm or longer for salmon .
This knife feels well balanced in my hand. The blade has a nice flex that allows it to be worked around the bones when filleting big or small fish. It effortlessly removes the skin from a fillet. The blade holds its sharp edge very well after months of use.
I have only recently purchased this item and have used it once. The knife was super sharp out of the box. I filleted some Tailor and Mullet and it did a great job performing clean cuts.
Victorinox knives are faultless and the best all round knife available. Will never disappoint. Thanks Wayne Ashton
