Nice little cast iron pan. Quality is excellent like all Staub products. Seasoning seems durable and enamel finish is beautiful. I like the small size as I am a single person and find larger cast iron pans can be heavy for my wrists. This works well for small portions and is a manageable weight.

I have been looking for a replacement for my lower quality small frying pan and this is perfect. I only wish it had a lid. Cooks beautifully.
Should have bought this sooner, moist and flavourful food, what a difference from my old pans.
