This is my favourite pan ever and it's worth every single penny. I use it mainly for beef and lamb steaks as I'm a medium rare beef and a medium lamb kind of guy. This pan makes great sear marks, cooks steaks better than any other pan and I can't recommend it enough. It retains heat so well that after cooking a beef steak you physically can't touch the pan for twenty minutes as it's so hot. I love it! Item arrived two working days after purchase, thank you.
