I bought a bunch of these at 3' for my tour and they've been rock solid! Everything worked as expected and they also just look very high quality. My only complaint was that B&H didn't have more in stock, but that's OK! I was able to make due with the amount I was able to get.10/10 would recommend!

I needed to setup a new router to get WiFi strong enough to access the lights and the StarTech.com Cat6a Shielded Patch Cable was what was needed. Worked great and now I have WiFi access to the lights so I can program them from my tablet inside the house.

I got 25 of these babies for my server. It looks really nice and clean.
These don't really have a boot per se, but they do have a very nice cable release mechanism that is great if you don't have the strength of Hercules. I've used many cables where releasing the cable from the socket required a ridiculous amount of force because the boot over-protected the tab. These are ideal in every way. Make sure your environment can utilize shielded cables--it's not always plug and play.
Put between cable modem and 16 port hub / switch. Reduced packet errors and got 986 mbps down and 50+ mbps up on 1.0 gb feed. Was only getting 850 mbps with CAT5 cable.
This ties in my modem to my new router for mesh Wifi6. It may be overkill,, but it could help with other upgrades in the future. The best part was options for many lengths to meet your needs. Since the position or my devices is uncertain, I bought a longer cable giving me more flexibility.
With the covid, we needed longer cords than before, this one worked so good we actually purchased it a 2nd time.
Works great. Upgraded from CAT5 (non-e) and even gained a megabit per second or two.
