I bought the armtrio unit recently and as I was assembling it ran across a missing subpart - a part of a part. I contacted customer service and they immediately responded to ask me to give them a few days to check on sourcing. Within a week they had located the part and FedExd it to me so I could complete the assembly. These folks did the right thing and did it without arguing or trying to find a way out.

I have three 25.5" monitors on my desk - each one had its own stand. I often moved them to try to get them right. I have two set vertically, with one horizontal one. I had to put blocks of wood under the horizontal one to get the height I wanted - but it was never right. I set up the arms - very easy to put together, with excellent cable organizers. Once finished, I was briefly very disappointed - It was so claustrophobic, made my desk feel small, and honesty was stressful to work with. I like everything about this - the cable management - the desk mound (I used the clamp, but there is also a fitting to screw directly into the the desk top). This simple thing has given me more desk space, and made my screens much comfier and nicer to look at. If you have three screens, you need this. It is wonderful!

Very sturdy don’t cheap out on a mount
The cable holder on the middle bar came broken and sharp, not what I was expecting for something this price.
it is very stable for the three 32" monitors I have on them, I do have the two outside monitors facing slightly in at an angel for best viewing.
