I have been use evening primrose oil for a decade now. It helps me with my fibromyalgia body pain and anxiety and pmdd/pms issues. It's all natural and has little side effect for me. It helps me to sleep better too. I was told to use it from my pain specialist and mental health therapist. It's just a helpful as pain pills without being addictive. They also help with skin care and so much more.

I’ve been taking one 500 mg capsule a day since November of 2021. I was diagnosed with breast cysts and they were starting to cause me a lot of pain 2 weeks before my period was due. I read that EPO is good for easing hormonal issues. I’ve noticed that my hormonal acne has cleared up mostly and the breast pain is now minimal. I picked the 500 mg mini capsules because I’m a wimp at swallowing big pills and this size is much more manageable. There’s also no funny aftertaste and the capsule has no flavor which a plus!

I like that the quality of 1300mg. Primrose oil is combined with the quantity for whole 4 months. No taste or aftertaste. I don't know exactly how this supplement works, but I'm filling OK for sure and next month is my 50th birthday. So I'm going to use this product - good ingredient, for me the size is not a problem, package is big, which I like, benefits are obvious at my age, especially combined with some fitness, light workouts and balanced diet.As always I recommend Iherb!

Monthly Cramps and Headaches RELIEVED!

This was recommended to me (48 yrs old) by my female doctor because I was having severe menstrual cramps along with headaches each month. I found them in Walmart but they were only 1000 mg. With a little internet searching I found these in a 1300 mg pill on Amazon. I relunctantly tried them and have seen about an 80% - 85% improvement! I also take a dry-eye oil supplement and when I first added this to my current medications, my face started to break out.
