I've always been a thin build, but going through the stress of Covid in my late 40's, I gained a lot of belly fat from stress eating. It had become very uncomfortable, carrying around the excess weight. This Summer, I started doing a lot of research. Keto was not a good fit for me, I actually gained more weight trying Keto. I made the commitment to start eating healthier, smaller portions and cutting out the junk food, except for an occasional cheat day. I tried Bitter Melon as a supplement to add in my weight loss, (I had read it specifically helped reduce belly fat) and BOY did it! Yes, of course, my commitment to healthier eating definitely helped, but I swear the Bitter Melon helped me loose the weight that much quicker. In 2 months, I was able to drop 2 sizes. ... My stomach is much flatter, and it feels so good not carrying around that excess weight. My dogs are happier too, as I now have the energy to go hiking almost every day. If you are committed to losing weight, add Bitter Mel

Bitter melon is a tropical vine that contains vitamins C and A, fiber, and antioxidants.Bitter melon is high in vitamins A and C and other nutrients.Bitter melon is a great source of several key nutrients. I have personaly found that it help reduce my blood sugar.Very recomended.
quality bitter melon, this ingredient reduces and helps manage blood sugar levels. I would recommend this supplement to those who tend towards high blood sugar or have occasional binges as it can reduce the spike in sugar quite quickly, which is helpful to limit the damage that can be caused to the body by shortening duration that it's overly elevated.seems to be anti inflammatory and alkalizing to the body as well. size of the capsules are pretty small and easily swallowed. did not notice a taste. I'd say the dosage depends on the severity of one's blood sugar elevation, obviously if only a mild high blood sugar then fewer capsules should be taken throughout the week and can be adjusted depending on the size and after effects on blood sugar of individual meals .
One of the most impressive benefits of bitter melon is its ability to regulate blood sugar levels. As someone with a family history of diabetes, this was particularly appealing to me. Bitter melon contains compounds that mimic insulin and help to improve glucose uptake, making it a valuable ally in managing blood sugar levels.
