I bought a Leica Q2 and love the new sensor (47mpixels). But, as everybody warned, the image files are much larger. I am uploading to my Mac Book Pro via USB C and the Sandisk SD Card dongle.I found this card after much shopping and feel the price is pretty reasonable for the capacity and UHS-II interface. Stayed away from other online stores (Amazon) after all the horror stories of fake cards and believe B&H delivered the real deal, as I expected.The upload speed to my Mac is, frankly, startling. Much, much faster than experienced with a UHS-! card uploading the files from my D810.The takeaway is that UHS-II is very worthwhile. If you camera supports it, get a SD card with it. You will be very satisfied with the results.

So far, this card has been working flawlessly.It has high compatibility. I have used it in several different pieces of non-Sony hardware, without issue. There have been no corrupt files, no recording hiccups, no camcorder freezes. And, it is very quick to start recording, and very fast playback and cut/copy via my USB 3.1 SDXC reader. Primarily purchased this to record 4K/30fps/ALL-i for my EOS R which was not cutting it with V30. I didn't realize in the EOS R manual that it requires a minimum V60 rating. Granted, this was not a cheap card but 4K is what I record often for my work.With that said, for 256GB, it's cheaper than the V90 version. I may buy another as a backup and try to shuffle the cards around. When I tested the buffer with RAW photos, it kept on going. It reminds me of the time I had my Sony a7RIII with the expensive V90 cards.I definitely recommend the card. Maybe the next one will be the Tough version for the extra $20 but at the time of this purchase, I couldn't justify the extra cost.

This is a unique card because it gives you some of the UHS-ii gains while keeping the price at a low end, the compromised.... you only get a 5 year warranty and it writes as fast as any high end UHS-i card that is priced cheaper than this... I have the Sony A99ii, while internally the camera does not benefit from a UHS-ii card, my pcsure does. I'm able to import from this card a lttle over 2x faster than my SanDisk Extreme Pro UHS-i (95MB/s). of course i needed to purchase a uhs-ii reader, $8. I use Sony's M-series SDXC cards with my Panasonic GH5, GH5s and DVX200. Perfect cards to capture high-bitrate 4K ALL-I 400mbps footage. Never an issues, knock on wood. These cards were previously recalled in 2021, but all cards I've purchased from B&H have a small star next to the serial number on the back, which indicated they are the superseded, post-recall version. This SD card is amazing. Increases your writing speeds to let you record at a higher bitrate of quality. I use it in my GH5S and BMPCC 6k, with amazing results. Use my GH5S at the max settings without a single drop frame, in a professional environment. Very capable and reliable unit. This one is a highly recommended product.

You do need the card reader to take advantage of that speed. Most importantly as I mentioned I have taken thousands of pix with this and have had no failures. Reading reviews in the B and H web site of other lesser known brands that offer extremely high read and write speeds and are much cheaper than Sony I have noticed that many reviewers have had failure of cards and have lost all their files. One such reviewer is a wedding photographer and lost all his clients pictures. Such failures are absolutely unacceptable and even though the Sony card may be much higher priced why would you use a cheap card with a $2,000 ... Bought this V60 Sony SD card for slot one in my Sony A7iii mirrorless camera. I was recording some video and was concerned about slow write times causing jitter. Not only is it a speed burner both writing and reading, but it also fits physically in and out of the slot smoother than my Sandisk SD cards. Not sure why that might be, but it's definitely a nicer fit. It was a good buy............. Bob R.
Relied on staff knowledge for configuration management knowledge. I requested aid for largest storage micro SD chip supported for new Samsung S20 Ultra. For S20's video files of 4k and 8k recordings- I hoped there was microSD greater than V30. While this is a V60 rated device- it is UHS-II. The S20 only supports UHS-I (single row of contacts instead of 2 rows). So the read a write speed is reduced nearly in half. There are readily available chips with much higher storage capacity and write/read performance but, UHS-1 appears to top-out with V30. Not V60 or V90.
