Easy to swallow as they're capsules. You have to assume that Solgar is a good company, it's so tempting to search and buy online, but you never know, so I think it's always important to buy essential supplements from repurable companies. Vitamin K2 being an essential vitamin when taking D3 and calcium, there's so much research out there now. Solgar, being 100mcg is a sensible dose which allows you to easily match the dose with the dose of D3 you take. Some K2 comes in such tiny doses that you'd get through the bottle really quickly, so always check the cost against the dose. I would recommend this product to friends and Holland&Barrett are easy to buy from and always have a deal on, to cut the costs.

Very good product.Size is good, dosage is suitable for one 💊.Quality is in non to be one of the best companies to sell food supplements.Isn't non to be good benefit for the cardiovascular system.Ingredient are what's wanted.The taste is little bit funny but acceptable.

For the last couple years, I've been taking vitamin K2 w D3 for optimal bone health. I've tried a few brands but I've noticed the Solgar brand makes my nails stronger w less breakage. I like to think that this means it's working also on making my bones stronger as well! The MK-7 form is recommended over MK-4 and for a woman, the 100 mcg dosage is optimal.
I bought these as I have osteopaenia and am constantly breaking bones. Vit K2 helps send calcium to your bones instead of it just remaining in your bloodstream so, along with the collagen (also bought from H&B) and the Calcium and Vit D prescribed by my doctor, I'm hoping to solve this problem.The pills are rather expensive being Solgar (which is why I have docked one star) but they are easy to take and Solgar is an excellent make. They also come in a glass bottle which I personally think preserves things better and is better for recycling as glass can be recycled again and again.
I have osteoporosis and have taken this form of K2 for a few years now along with D3 and magnesium. I also take Bone Restore by Life Extension. I exercise regularly and feel great. They are easy on the stomach and easy to swallow.
I purchased this vitamin because I have a blockage in the main aorta or heart valve. I have another appointment in 1 1/2 months with the cardiologist. I am going all plant based with the foods that I eat and vitamin supplements hoping to reverse this problem in the heart. If it works, I will be willing to share if I get a good report the next time I see the cardiologist. But USPS in Mississippi, held it up for a number of days, and caused it not to arrive as schedule. It was 4 to 5 days late. It took a week to get this vitamin. Vitamin Discount shipped immediately, and it left the USPS there quickly, so this was none of the Vitamin Discount fault. That post office had a long line of bad reviews
