Sol De Janeiro - Holiday Biggie Biggie Bum Bum Cream - 500ml

My holy grail can't live with out body butter!!! It's so hydrating doesn't leave a film on the skin it absorbs instantly despite how thick and rich it is and the smell is amazing when I really want to smell delicious after applying the Bum Bum I use the Kayali Vanilla perfume!!They literally were made for each other, their pair so perfectly you smelling a warm vanilla, and deep notes of all things tasty. If you enjoy Gourmand scents then you will love this. It is worth every penny and it lasts on the skin for days! If you are sensitive to fragrance, be warned

This is EXTREMELY fragrant. Although I like the fragrance, and the feel is very luxurious, I literally can’t use this alone, or the smell is far too strong for me. I mix this with unscented cetaphil lotion, because I have extreme eczema and need deep hydration, but also because I literally cannot use the bum bum cream alone. I use a huge dollop of my cetpahil, and dip one finger in the bum bum cream (up to the first knuckle) and I do this for every area (bottom leg, top leg, bottom arm, top arm, on each limb etc.) and this literally can still be smelled on me in the morning, after a full night of sleep, with just that small amount. Love the product, not the price

I love ensuring that my arms and legs are hydrated in the winter time, without the sticky and icky greasy feel. This product does just that! It has quality ingredients, such as coconut oil and cupuacu butter, which assist in quickly absorbing into the skin and delivering a hydrating feel that lasts the entire day. After using it continuously for two weeks, I noticed that my skin felt softer and wasn't dry even on days that I wasn't using the product. NOT THE SAME CREAM, NEW AWFUL FORMULA

NOT THE SAME BUM BUM CREAM OF 2017-2020Y’all I could cry right now. I used to be obsessed with this product. They changed the formula and didn’t say anything. It used to be thick and creamy and a beautiful powerful warm summer scent now it’s a watery stinky mess with a remanence of the OG scent. It is definitely not as strong and the scent leaves as soon as you put it on. The OG used to last all day 😔 Im so sad, I used to buy it like once a month and now this new formula is eh. If I ever find who decided to change the formula, we will square up because this is a straight up disgrace to such a beautiful cream.

Not worth the hype

Honestly.... this is not worth it. It's the least moisturizing "cream" I've ever tried. It feels like a liquid-y lotion and doesn't hydrate. My skin feels no softer and it's dry again a few moments later when the initial "wetness" wears off. Also, the scent can be extremely hit or miss. It smells really cardboard-y and musty on me, and it took a while for me to get used to it. It's definitely polarizing, because after I started to like it, my parents confronted me on how bad it smelled. I truly understood. No more SDJ for me (no spray, either—I got the full line. I do like the body gel the most, though, but it's still not as good as literally any other brand I've tried). Two stars because 1) I do like the container. It's cute. 2) I feel bad... Quite lovely.

I love how this is a cream but has the consistency of a lotion. I prefer lotions over the thicker creams that come in jars. This product moisturizes well and has the wonderful Cheirosa 62 scent. Definitely give this a try if your a completionist (want the entire Cheirosa 62 collection) or if you want a nice moisturizing body cream that doesn’t feel too thick. It also helps lengthen the staying power of the Cheirosa 62 body mist. As for the firming aspect of it ….. I’m not sure if that’s a marketing gimmick or if it really does firm the skin. Regardless it’s a lovely body cream.

REWARDS

Love, love, love the product. I’ve purchased over $400 this year and have a considerable amount of rewards…but 1. You have to purchased to use your rewards and then you can only use up to 200 pts. I have 1300 points so I’m pretty much have to order about 7 times to use my rewards. I’m so irritated … I have a bachelorette party, bridal shower and wedding party that I was going to use the points for game prizes as well as purchase more items. But not looking to spend another $500 dollars just to use my points. What is the point of doing double ploy days when you can’t even use the points. But that’s ok, I’m done. I’ve spent enough this year and will be telling all of my friends to not bother buying direct from you. Literally so dissatisfied!

Smells Gross!

I never ever write reviews, but had to warn other first time uers about The Smell. From the minute I opened the jar, the whiff of cheap perfume hit me hard! I like vanilla & tropical scents, but this smell was so strong & toxic! After 5 minutes I got a headache & tried to wash it off. I washed with soap 3 times and the smell would not go away. The smell reminds me of a very old lady that wears too much cheap perfume. Yuck! I dont care if this cream makes me have the smoothest looking bum in the world, nobody would want to come close to me because of the gross smell. I sent it back immediately for a refund. There are so many other firming body moisturizers on the market that don't stink!

For one of the birthday gifts one year, this product was given in a trial size and I have been HOOKED ever since! I am hooked on the original scent, the other ones just don’t do it for me. They’re not bad scents, just when comparing, I’m going with this one- 100%! I use this lotion on most of my body when I do *THE* super thorough, *everything shower,* where you do all of your lengthy rituals and whatnot- I use this as soon as I get fully dry and out of the shower/bath and basically put it over my entire body. On regular days, I just put this on my essential areas that I deal with having more dryness located at- elbows, legs- and I also put it where I have my stretch marks.
