Sol De Janeiro - Brazilian Touch Hand Cream - 50ml

I love Sol de Janeiro products. I own the body cream, the shower cream, the fragrance and the body mist. If you love their products, you'll surely love this one. It's a nice fragrant hand cream that delivers moisture to your hands. The greasy feeling dissipates quite quickly and the scent lingers for a bit. I'm not sure it'll help for extremely dry hands, but it did the job for mine. You don't need a lot for it to work properly which is nice. What I find weird is that the scent is a bit different when you compare their products. The hand cream leans more towards a powdery almond with a touch of fresh flowers (jasmine and heliotrope). I’m totally in love with the Sol de Janeiro Barzilian Hand Cream. It isn’t a very thick and whipped cream, but it goes on the skin effortlessly. It does need to be rubbed in for a few seconds for it to be completely absorbed. I applied it to my hands, knuckles, knees and elbows and it absorbs quickly after being rubbed into my skin with absolutely no greasiness left behind. My skin immediately felt so soft, smooth, nourished and super hydrated. It has a nice Brazilian bum bum cream scent that lingered on my skin after being applied. When applying it to my hands and knuckles, I have been putting a dime size amount onto the backside of my hand and then working it in by rubbing it together with both hands. Buyers should be aware that this tube does not have the same amount of product as one might come to expect in a typical hand cream. Furthermore, the top cap that snaps on can be a bit flimsy and mine has torn off, this is savable by simply snapping it back on the tube but if you happen to lose that cap you might be SOL if you have a similar experience to myself.The Ugly/Honest: I really love this hand cream and despite initially having much reason to complain about it's tiny size it actually grew on me when I realized how conveniently this little hand cream packs for on-the-go necessities. I tend to throw it in my purse all the time. However, for the price tag I'd like to see a better packaging design that doesn't cause similar issues to the one I experienced. I'd give this a 5 stars for the quality of product, 4 stars for value and 3 stars for packaging--a solid overall 4 star product!

OBSESSED!!

I’ve been waiting for the lotion version of this spray since it came out!I actually compare every perfume to this now. I love my high end perfumes. But SDJ is its own category. It’s 100% better than bath & body works. No alcohol-y smell or fake scents ( regardless what it’s made of ) but it’s Valentino either. It’s named scents are exactly what you’re getting. With 62, you WILL smell like the beach. With 71, you WILL smell like a toasted caramel macadamia nut! I really want a 240ml tub of this lotion. I’d buy a biggy tub even. It’s perfect for all year round, not just fall.

Replacing all my hand creams with this!

I just started using The Brazilian Touch Hand Cream and from the first use, I was amazed and in love!! I have very dry, sensitive skin and need to be careful with ingredients. Most lotions and creams don’t dry down quickly enough for me to immediately start using my keyboard or touchscreen without making a mess. So I usually skip moisturizing my hands while working. Of course this does me no favors! My cuticles are dry and need conditioning quite badly. I’ve been actively working to repair them for a couple of months which is what brought me to try this product.
