Smartphone Samsung Galaxy S22+ 128 GB 8 GB RAM 6,6"

Samsung on my S22 that I only know of but I know there's others and there will be more.Has designed their new phones not to accept external storage which means no SD card capability.Why would that be an upgrade or make it better for the consumer safety of their data, media and other files.You now have to find a way and spend a lot of time to transfer your information to somewhere else of an external storage which leaves you not to be able to access any file media or other. And again more work for the consumer to get to the external storage because a cloud of any form from any manufacturer.That creates another industry standard completes problem.Many years ago when computers first came out whether it was desktop and then a wonderful laptop. When you backed up your information and it went into your storage it held a history of backups and you are able to go to a backup if you had done something wrong and deleted any form of data and restart that product to that date and pull back all data backed up. That would include any updates of the product.But logically now industry-wide policy for backup to a cloud does not will not hold a history but instead override the previous history that you believe is saved that you can go to to back up anything to fix and retrieve any data.Whoever thought of and created a device that does not allow external storage of an SD card and it wasn't caught within the company and was signed off from someone within an upper position.When the new product was tested to see if the device worked was only tested for what was built.It was not used by a consumer to see if it helped or not and then the feedback would go to the company to research and decide if there was a way to fix it or add it. we know that we get updates on our devices because they do find and usually from feedback about a problem and they research it and correct it that's why you're getting an update.There is a very simple solution to fix the problem of non-external storage capability whether it be Samsung or other companies who are now going to make that industry-wide possibility.When we are sold a device that is not something somebody would think of to ask but should be told to the consumer to help the decision of purchasing a product.So I challenge and that's a strong word and maybe incorrect to think about this decision and maybe start using consumer-based groups to try the product as a consumer and see if changes affected anything that consumers use on a regular basis.That feedback is recommended to any company that creates a device whether it's a wireless phone a smart TV a refrigerator or any other product or website.Just because it looks good on paper and proposal again I challenge for the companies to get a consumer-based team to try the product before it's mass produced to stop a recall in which I believe the S22 which is the only device I'm noticing it before it's recalled and there is another implicated company or companies that do not realize the devastating effects for their bottom line.I hope that this is not removed from this community room so that a consumer gets the correct information which allows them to make a logical decision on their own whether that is something they want before they buy the product.I am not here to dog Samsung! But when I called Samsung and asked for the SD card goes I was told it's now at microSD card and it is put in the phone in the same drawer as the SIM card. I called my phone carrier I asked the same question.In researching which microSD card to purchase I noticed that any of them were not in the shape or size to put in the drawer under the SIM card.That left me another question. In order to get the correct information which was not correct to begin with I googled the question and found articles that Samsung created and will be creating any product without external storage.There's a philosophy that everyone should live by.If something does not make sense and it's not logical it is not true. And God forbid it is true and in this case it is fix the problem immediately because it this case it's going to affect the entire world because again it could become a worldwide option.So Samsung I ask you in the most extreme and sensitive way to look outside your Samsung window glasses and is a consumer which any employee is and that includes the CEO to research this and I challenge you to prove me wrong and that be the answer to this question.Until that time, consumers beware and be more vigilant to ask a question and read the very fine print or look at the manual and ask questions because the answers of the new designs are not being given as information at the time of purchase

Apple's iPhone, as engineers we're well-aware that Apple in chasing for "niceties" & data device, doesn't realize they hurt the primary function we get phones for - radio communication (voice/data) i.e their RF side of iPhone is bad.... vs Samsung & worse yet vs Motorola. Motorola usedto be best RF radios in their phones, my old Moto would make a voice call on FireIsland NY years ago when towers were far in mainland & scarce, whereas folks around me failed all calls from their American iPhonese & Chinese makes, I come from Motorola "fanbiy" background, & MotoDroid Maxx had GIGANTICALLY long.lasting battery (in.fact one of the reasons I strived to get it so intensely I even quit previous carrier (AT&T) to switch to Verizon which had it as an exclusive many years ago, but then Moto sold to Lenovo & that was end for me, th my ancient MotoDroid Maxx circa 2013 still works perfect voice-wise/texts (software e.g Web became somewhat crippled), and so I switched to Samsung - excellent specs, e.g display, processor, etc & similar (to Motorola) long battery in S22+ (but beware, S22.Ultra's battery lasts alittle less), good RF/radio/antenna section -> reliable voice/data, Radiation is LESS (i.e. better) thn my old/previous Motorola's & hugely less than iPhone & all Chinese makes, Etc,etc I recommend it (S22+ or Ultra), & thus I never did/& probably won't do American iPhone & never Chinese. Only thing I wish S22+ had body shape more "squarish" like S22.Ultra & older S21/20 Ultra.Note's (what was "Note" is now called Sxx "Ultra" w/pen)In general, Samsung Galaxies in mid.range ("+") & top ("Ultra") versions are Technically well-executed, as phone (voice), data, & computing (micro.tablet) + Human Health e.g Radiation/SAR specs ar good vs competition; except one thing in recent years tho annoys me is while all I care for is a Phone voice + data, which's what these devices were created for (remember shoes for walking, car for driving... phones for phoning) but over the years Camera beacme obsession for certain "kids" - I doNOT care for extremely good camaras in ANY phone, b/c once you go over 20Mpx resolution & decent optical zoom (digital zoom is FAKE) it becomes of dubious benefit - 99.99% of us are buying these devices as Communicator, NOT as "professional photographers", it'll NEVER match pro PhotoCameras ANYWAY regardless of "impressive" pixel counts or a barrage of lenses, dueto sheer physical impossibility to fit pro extensible Lenses in a thin device like smartphone, for that (professional) you'd need a Sony/Nikon/Canon/Panasonic/Kodak DEDICATED camera, NOT a Smartphone, OBVIOUSLY (!!) but inexplicably phones manufacturer's are increasingly wasting efforts & burdening them w/this huge baggage, 2, 3, 4, 5.... lenses & mostly unusable resolutions that makesense only if you enlarge a photo to giant or say 2-storey building height all this on COMMUNICATOR devices ?, like we're dying to make world-class photos & yet lose phone calls & get irradiated by excess RF into our brains (ref to iPhone Max), so other than manufacturer's increasing obsession/annoyance of camera cornucopia, these ar fantatsic devices & S22+/(or Ultra, I planned originally) is a decent transition for me from Motorola to SamsungP.S a) The price at BestBuy & after a -$200 promo & Rewards Certificates was such that several people asked "how did you "tricked" so cheaply ? BestBuy is best for these devices, I won't comment abt other stuff...b) Before buying online/BestBuy, went to several phys.stores (incl BB) & played w/S22.Ultra (S21.Ultra, S20.Note.Ultra in past years) in person/physically focusing on abiity to control display brightness/contrast to minimal for dark.rooms (e.g IT rooms at my design shop/work)/nigth usage & someone w/good eyes whch I happen to own, ability to set perfect Dark/HighContrast modes & custom Black themes, ability to filter.off harmful Blue light emitted by xLED incl OLED & LED-backlit LCD's, etc, Etc,etc - ALL these ar available & work perfectly in Samsung S21/22+ & Ultra settings, the comfort/eahlth of display I was able to set in phys.stores was stunning, I immediately went online & ordered fm BestBuy The other devices in stores weren't as good, some even cause headache if you stare into them for hours & hours whole day.... whichI admit happens here...P.P.S. No spell.check - tiny keyboard at 4AM (night) in darkness/tired/typing ultra.fast

I love this phone very much. The pen that pops out from the bottom has so many amazing features to use that are awesome. The 108mp camera ability is crazy awesome along with the 100× digital zoom capabilities. I love how many features the camera has so you are able to use the camera in so many unique ways. I do miss the magnified photo option that A71 phone had. That was really useful for me. Obviously I'm still figuring out how to use the many many different features this phone offers but so far I have found it to be an amazing phone. I do wish instead of having the 2 SIM card option they would have just allowed the use of an external memory card like most phones before it. It really separated Samsung from iPhone in a big way just by that simple feature but with my 516g hard drive and my external SSD Terabyte drive to store photos and videos on it's manageable. I fill up my hard drive space quite far with all the photos and videos plus movies I keep on my phone. It will take me quite a long time to learn all the features of this phone if I ever can but so far I'm truly loving this S22 Ultra and I really love the color options. I got mine in green. Make sure to pick a good screen cover and phone case because you could easily damage the screen if dropped because of the slightly rounded edges. It's unlimited many phones before it but it's not completely new. Other Samsung phones have also had this design as well. Just make sure you research for a really to quality care and screen protector. I got the "Perfect Film Milomdoi Screen Protector" with 9H Tempered glass screen protector and it's amazing. I had to try a couple before I found this one because it was difficult for my fingerprint to be read when placing it in the screen and want as sensitive as it should have been so it caused a lot of issues. I finally found this screen protector and it's amazing plus it comes with 3 separate screen protectors and camera lens protectors. It's an elaborate setup they send you with in the packaging so be sure to read the instructions carefully before attempting to place the screen protector on your phone but if you do it correctly it is amazing and you will be very pleased with your purchase.
