My all tome favourite gluten free bread! I find it mixes best in a machine with a bread hook! I love added stuff to the bread it makes it so tasty. I oil my bread tin with butter to help make it a crispy crust

Nice bread but the mix is very sticky and a bit hard to get out of the bowl to roll out. I added some cheese and bacon before rolling it up and it was delicious.
Super easy and convenient to have when we run out if bread.
