Let me begin by saying I needed a large capacity drive to place in an external Nvme enclosure. I have used this configuration since M.2 SATA. The reason being I'm make my living with computers and as tech evolves I simply reuse any previous drives for application elsewhere. Waste not want not...Specs, controller chips, cache, NAND type, sustained transfer rates - lots to examine. Nothing today is perfect and the cutting edge perks of PCIe 5 have yet to be realized in external devices at this time. I have used Silicon Power products in the past with no regets. I use both a UD90 and US75 2TB SSD Drive in separate enclosures with my GH6 for video and working well. Very convenient and thrifty.
Fantastic bargain. It may not have the longevity or durability of more expensive SSDs, but I'm just using it to back-up files once in a while.
I have tested this drive with crystal mark and it achieves rated speeds. You can't ask much more than that other than longevity, and time will tell. I've had great luck with their other products and expect the same with this item.
I purchased 2 of them for UGREEN NAS 8800They were recognized by the system and work perfectly fine.
