For years I've been on a quest to find a good pillow. I've tried Latex, feather and down, polyester, and chain store twin packs. So encouraged by the reviews and being a long term Sheridan fan, I just purchased 2 Deluxe Dream Pillows. They're okay. It's true, they do fill a pillow case nicely, and they're quite comfortable, but they're lumpy in appearance - and no amount of pummeling or shaking will redistribute the fill for a smooth finish. Disappointing considering the cost per pillow, and sadly they didn't meet expectations.

I sleep on my side and need good support under my neck. I have used this type of pillow for years now and it never fails me. Unlike many others, it takes a really long time, years, before the filling becomes too matted to provide that support. When I used regular pillows I would, maybe, get six months use from a pillow.

Large and comfortable pillow. I bit less form than I'd prefer - my head sinks well into it. Good, ethical alternative to goose down though.

I have been buying these gorgeous Deluxe Dream standard medium for some 8 years now. I update every year to keep them fresh & plump. Always have been very happy with them except for this year. I bought some at the beginning of the year & after approximately 4 weeks they flattened out too much, like the ones that I had been using for a year. I thought I should change to Standard firm to see how I would like them! Oh I could not fit them in the Sheridan pillowcases. They were packed in so tightly that they looked swollen & did not give under the our heads. I tried again during the sales (I was worried I was wasting $) & purchased the standard again but they were very light on the filling & flattened out very quickly. After saving up to purchase 4 of the standard size pillows to use with my Sheridan bed linen....I am really disappointed with these pillows. They are way too large to squeeze into standard size pillow protectors and standard size pillowcases. I rang customer service about this and was told "other people had mentioned this" but they were unable to help with a refund as there is a no refund on pillows even though they had not been used. I purchased Queen sized pillow protectors and pillowcases from another company just so I could use the pillows. If I had known this beforehand I would not have wasted my money on them.
Not firm at all, the quality of the pillow itself felt nice, but it was way too soft for my neck. If you are needing a firm pillow then avoid this one. I even tried stacking two of these on top of each other which was worse. It's not supportive of the neck and head at all if you are a side sleeper like I am.
I was so excited to receive these pillows but they were very disappointing. My partner thought they were too thick and solid but we tried them anyway. I barely slept as they hurt my neck so much and I had to get up half way through the night and swap them for my old pillows. I am now facing a full day of work on very little sleep and with my neck and shoulders in significant pain. What a waste of money.

I only buy Sheridan bedding and always the high end in their range. I brought these pillows 3 months ago. Firstly they are so large that you have to squeeze them into a pillowcase. There is no chance you can put a protector on them and then get them into any Sheridan case. Secondly as they are so tightly fitted into the pillow case they have no flexibility or movement. They are the most disappointing item I have ever purchased from Sheridan and the most comfortable. Unfortunately I brought 3 of them and I have wasted my money which makes me quite angry
Took me a while to decide which pillows to try this time. I often get a sore neck from a pillow that doesn't suit me. Bought these for the caravan. Purchased gusseted pillow case protectors to use with them so as not to "squash" the pillows and change their texture. Read this suggestion on another review. Glad I did that and thanks to that reviewer. I bought "standard medium". I'd say the feel of them is soft and the size of them is on the bigger side for a standard pillow (hence needing roomier pillow case protector). I went hunting for larger standard pillow cases in my linen closet and lucky I had some Sheridan linen ones in there that were a bit roomier. Very happy with the overall result. My husband and I both like them very much and I'd get these again.
