Bought this as a gift. Opens automatically and comes down automatically. Has a vent on the canopy which would stop it turning inside out in gusty weather. Certainly looks like it will do the job and be easy to use without struggling to get up or down

Does what it needs to do, compact when folded that it fits easily in a backpack side drink pocket. Have not tried it in heavy wind but feels sturdy for its size. A bit expensive for what it is though

A great umbrella for popping into school bags or handbags. Folds down to a small size, nice navy blue colour.
I'm repurchasing this umbrella for the second time after the first one lasted me about 6 years or so. This one ticks important boxes for me - small enough to fit into handbags, lightweight, best "value for money" umbrella I can find - at a reasonable price and the quality is decent enough to get sufficient use out of it. Hard to find umbrellas like this, cheaper ones are usually very flimsy these days.
