Thought it might be the software i was using so i switched to other platforms to test. The mic still dropped out. The equipment works as marketed but not for long. So if you are needing something to last more than a year then invest in better equipment than this. For the price they charge it is not worth it.

Thats more a fault of bluetooth technology being far from ready to handle quality audio than it is these particular headphones. I tried these, Sennheiser Momentum wireless, Sony WH1000 and various others. All of which pale into insignificance in comparison to various sub 200 wired cans. Audio Technicas wired NC cans for instance. Or the BO H6.Ill revisit bluetooth in a few years when the technology has caught up with the job in hand.

I like this product it came with a tray (I cannot get it to stay on). You have to put it together but it is fairly easy just need a little strength to get the pieces to lock into place. The Gel Glow side is a little splotchy but the gel pens write really clear and there are 10 light settings for them to choose from. My daughter loves it. It came with chalk and two gel pens I would recommend buying additional colors if your child is into the arts. The size is perfect for her. I would note that it comes with sticker to stop it from sliding across the floor but they fall off. Will not slide on carpet. Overall it was a great gift for Christmas and we can use it to help her learn letters and numbers.

I bought this headset to participate in Webex conference calls from my PC. It works great and as advertised. My corp laptop recognized it immediately. The sound quality is very good, as is the fit, finish and weight. I highly recommend this headset.
Pros: I've found these noticeably better, all-round, than the similarly priced headsets Jabra and Logitech. They're perfect for home office use.Cons: The cable is longer than you need if you're working on a laptop. It's a shame the ear phones don't rotate to be flat, for storage and transporting.
I have several headsets, and this one is on top : comfortable, well built, swivel mount mic, HIFI sound, Voice Clarity, well integrated with softphones.MS Teams compliant. The firmware knows when in a call or listening to music, automatically switching the right sound equalizer template. Noise cancelling mic tested with very loud background noise and works fine. Very useful magnetic plate to hold the controller on desktop. Cable length enough to keep you free when in a call Sennheiser sound reliability and quality. EPOS connect upgrades firmware and installs the correct drives . Highly recommended .

I also have to note, after reading many people's complaints with any headset including Gaming headsets "not working"... With ANY system that has multiple and/or removable microphones and speakers, you absolutely MUST learn how to use your Control Panel, Sound tool. You can get to it easily by right-clicking the little volume icon in the "tray" (by your clock), then click Playback Devices. You may be surprised to see that your HDMI or DisplayPort monitors are in this list, as well as your speakers, headset jack, and USB headset. If your system is set to use the wrong Playback or Recording device, it will give you problems hearing or being heard. Check both the Playback and the Recording tabs to make sure your default device and default communication device is set correctly. Also, by default Disabled devices are not shown; right-click in the devices area below the tabs to check the box to Show Disabled Devices. If someone has Disabled a device, such as your Sennheiser headset, or the microphone on your webcam, now you know why it isn't showing up in this list any more and you can Enable it again if you need to.
Great idea but poorly designed! My daughter was so excited to receive this item for her birthday but upon assembly, we noticed little specks & streaks all over the glow board side. Willing to overlook the obvious flaws, we were excited to still play with it. Unfortunately, it would not power on the very next day. We proceeded to replace the already fresh batteries but still no luck. After some troubleshooting, I discovered the battery compartment does not correctly hold the batteries together & the power switch does not function properly. I would be willing to give this product another chance, however, it was a gift with no receipt and is not in stock at my local Walmart. Now, I am unable to return or exchange.
