Secret Clinical Antiperspirant/Deodorant, Clear Gel, Clean Lavender - 2.6 oz

I genuinely really like this product. Its the first deodorant I have ever tried that actually works. It lasts on me for over a day. It’s also really affordable. However, there are two cons about this product. As seen in the second picture I uploaded, this has to be twisted all the way up as there is not much product in it so don’t be fooled by the packaging. The second con about this is that it is really hard to get off of skin and can leave the skin very irritated and dry. To combat this, I recommend using an oil cleanser to remove this in the shower and following up with a good moisturizer.

I’m someone who sweats quite a lot due to a medical condition. I’ve tried numerous deodorants and antiperspirants, natural/clean brands and conventional brands alike. Secret’s Clinical Strength invisible solid antiperspirants are by far the best I’ve tried. I’ve also used the soft gel version and like it too. I have never been one to like the gel deodorants. I decided to try this one, because I feel like my stick deodorant, which was a secret, clinical strength as well, kind of stopped working for me. The gel goes on smoothly, doesn’t seem wet or sticking to my clothes. It does not have a strong sense, but more of a fresh clean scent. The packaging is nice. It has a lid over top like most deodorants. The ingredients are not harsh. And I have found that this one truly works all day, I have been using it for a few months now. I purchased the unscented because sometimes the scents can be overwhelming. The instructions state to apply it at night to the advantage of your bodies natural temperature variations, but I have not try it this way. I’m not sure if it really provides the 72 hour sweat protection that it claims, frankly, I think 8 hours protection would be a proper assessment. There is no scent, so I don’t feel it an all day fresh scent. All in all, I would say this is an effective deodorant. This one is a bit more costly, compared to most deodorants, but I think it’s worth it to have clean ingredients and the protection it provides.

This truly works! I do not have the solid version, but I have the gel. You’re supposed to apply this at night, but I’ve done it during the day with good results. There’s not really a scent, but when I’m usually funky hours into an occasionally sweaty day, this keeps trucking well into the next day. I can’t testify to 72 hours since I scrub my arm pits, but it’ll carry you into the next day with odor protection. I’m way less sweaty. A little pricier than other deodorants, but totally worth it. Would absolutely recommend this if regular deodorants aren’t cutting it.

Best Deodorant

This brand is the only deodorant I use. I switched to this after trying a variety of deodorants and all natural aluminum free ones, which I no longer use because they stain clothes. This might leave a slight white cast on clothes when changing, but it is removable. I use to hate gel deodorants, but I find that this one actually dries pretty fast, even with your arm down. This deodorant really works for stress sweat as it advertises. I have been using this product since it first came out and have been so impressed that it works for at least 48 hours straight if applied liberally. It is impressive. Clinical strength without a prescription

I’m so glad Secret made this Clinical Strength antiperspirant and deodorant! Unfortunately, as I’m getting older, I perspire a lot. But with this clinical antiperspirant and deodorant I don’t have as much of a problem. I would’ve given it a 5 star rating but I do have the occasional wetness under my arms. With this deodorant I can almost always stay dry, and least I’m a lot dryer and I feel better. I have been using this product for years and I will never use anything else again. I also love that there is the gel and fragrance free options of this deodorant.

So different than the Original

I used to swear by Secret Clincial Strength, especially the unscented sensitive version. Since that one seemed to be discontinued I decided to try “Completely Clean” thinking the scent would be fresh but minimal. I was wrong — the scent is SO strong, it’s not the scent of “clean” but the scent of an overpowering perfume. The smell alone gave me a headache about 30 minutes after putting it on. Two hours later my pits were overly sweaty and and I could smell my body odor (slightly masked only because of how overpowering this scent is). The Only Clear Gel Antiperspirant That Works!

I couldn't believe it after a lifetime of trying them.I waited months of using this specific version of their Clinical Gel to make sure it wasn't a one off type of thing, but it lasts the entire work day (8 to 16 hours straight), doesn't feel sticky (except for the few minutes until it dries), doesn't need ANY reapplication (I shave under my arms daily, so I wash it off in the shower after 24 hours), and craziest of all...it has never shown up on my required solid BLACK scrub tops, jacket, or any other clothes I wear.It also doesn't eventually start to turn light-colored clothes yellow under the arms. And I have a lot of skin allergies, so I use enzymatic laundry "detergent" that contains no detergent, fragrance, or dyes.Scrubs are meant to fit tightly under your arms, neck, etc bc you don't want exposed skin, and I've still never found even a spec of Antiperspirant staining or pilling or white residue on the inside of my scrubs.And best of all...if you stress sweat like crazy, this actually works!Finally the Secret Clinical is worth the outrageous price because I can throw away the soft solids %26 sticks for good.Don't hesitate. This is the clear gel that is worth the price.
