Absolutely brilliant PSU (as expected from seasonic, only brand I trust!) After installing, had to double check it was working because it is 100% silent! Only needed up to 600w for my new build so bought 850w for "future-proofing" and I will be happy to keep this PSU as long as possible now. Price was excellent too, same price as lower wattage gold-rated PSU I was thinking of from high street retailer. Couldn't go wrong!

Seasonic is the only brand i trust for a PSU. Platinum rating is nice as well. Comes packaged really nicely with plenty of cables (even Molex). Hybrid mode is great as it turns off the fan if the unit isn't under load.

Bought to replace a faulty Tagan PSU, it is compact, quiet and I really like the flat modular cables

This power supply has worked very well. Mine did not include the cloth bag as pictured due to covid mask manufacturing, not a big deal but thought I'd mention that. Its a bit smaller than a regular psu so it'll fit better in some smaller cases, but keep in mind that it's not small form factor.
It hasn't exploded or caught fire. I haven't really noticed it since installation. It's probably doing the job I paid for it to do. 10/10 would ignore again

So far I have been very happy with this power supply. I have plugged the computer into a power monitoring socket and I can confirm that it really is very good at consuming no more power than necessary. The power supply is also very quiet and does not overheat.
Good Points: Good value for a psu in today's marketImprovement Points: It came with a European outlet cable, thankfully I had my old uk plug but if you didn't be aware it could ship with the wrong plug
10-yrs warranty, 80+ platinum efficiency, made by a company that actually makes power supplies, compact ATX in size and incredible 850W of power.Brilliant combination as 850W should be more than enough for most rigs and will be perfect for those watching to get a RTX 3080 or 3080 TI in the future of time.
