I think their value proposition is the light weight, which they are. I've used these on my road bike for a while. The ride quality is good, they hold air as well as any other, and I've no problems. To me, the big benefit is the small space claim when carried as a spare. I use a compact saddle bag with just the essentials, and this tiny spare tube leaves room for a couple energy gels.

Better than latex: holds air so much better, more durable, and lighter. No flats yet and use all winter long in sub-zero weather. Valve stem does not corrode! Valves offered in 60mm & 80mm, no longer need to attach an extension!!!

These tubes arrived fairly quickly. International can be unpredictably impacted lately for obvious reasons. Tube quality overall looks fine. Mount and inflate easily. Have no experience yet for durability from road debris but hopefully the claims for this enhancement will be met. Certainly are lighter than standard butyl tubes!

As soon as I got it the first thing I noticed was the weight (very light) also the quality was on point. The roll resistance was not noticeable especially being paired with Maxxis Hookworms and as you may know those are kinda known for their weight which to me wasn't noticable either with these tubes... It's legit the closest you'll get to tubeless so with those tires and these tubes it's like ying and yang perfect harmony at 45psi at the front 50psi at rear on a Schwinn Axum DP....
I figured I'd give these a try, switching from Conti inners. Can't say I can feel any difference in rolling resistance, I'm not suddenly faster (that won't happen until I get an e-bike), but I can feel the change in comfort! I ride an R5 and use Pirelli tryres (26mm Road fr/rear). My local roads are all B or chipseal, and these tubes genuinely make riding 'easier'. Stretches of road that normally beat me up don't. Yes, of course I can still feel some chattering, but it's reduced - definitely. I dropped one star simply because I doubt I could repair these things if they were holed and they're not cheap, but if they are as durable as Schwalbe claims hopefully that won't be an issue any time soon.
I have been using these tubes for about a year and love them. I agree with the other reviewers that they are easier to install due to their smooth surface. I had one that had a puncture and I was able to make it all the way home on that tube before I made the repair! Also love the light weight advantage over traditional tubes.
Tubes feel robust, light and hold air better than buytl or latex. Major problem is that patches do not hold. I have tried Schwalbe patches and 4 other patches and all failed. I was very careful to clean with ethanol and follow directions but all patches have failed to hold and eventually failed. Unacceptable.
All I can say is that the legend of precision German engineering is seriously brought into question from quality control and design failures of these tubes. Never in my 10 years of "serious" cycling have I had a tube fail at the stem. In this case it happened twice, with the threading on the valve being too weak to even stay in the stem when inflated to 85psi.I really wanted to like these tubes. I've used Schwalbe's other products for years and have been pleased with the construction and durability. In fairness I did enjoy the ride quality while they lasted (only about 400 miles). But at $35 a pop how many failures every 400 miles would equal a new set of tubeless wheels? One pair is a decent jersey...or half of a decent pair of bibs (you can decide which half).
They are smaller and lighter. They fit into the toolbox very easily. Mounting them was also easier compared to butyl tubes.
I recently decided that I just don't want to deal with the tubeless tire mess anymore and went back to clinchers with tubes. I've read that TPU tubes have the air retention of butyl tubes and the performance of latex, so I'm giving these Aerothan things a try. I honestly wasn't expecting much; they're still tubes, after all, and the weight savings over regular butyl tubes is maybe 150g at most for the pair. Plus, they're plastic and look weird. And expensive for tubes, even at the price offered here.So far, I'm very pleasantly surprised. The weight savings, as expected, isn't much, my bike is a whopping 0.4 lbs lighter, but the decrease in rolling resistance is actually quite noticeable. (I'm guessing it's down to the reduced rotational inertia and lower friction within the tire). The ride quality is nice and smooth, and, as advertised, the tires retain air at least as well as butyl tubes. They are a bit noisy, though.I've only been riding on these things for about a week and haven't had a flat, so I can't comment on their repairability, but I did accidentally ride over a patch of broken glass today, which put a couple of new nicks in my tires, but did not get a puncture, so I'm hopeful that these tubes are actually more durable than either butyl or latex tubes, again, as advertised. My only reservation so far is the price. Yes, they're very nice, but I spent $100 for four inner tubes. On sale.
