the sound and overall quality is fantastic compared to my other wired earbuds! these earbuds came with the purchase of the s20. my past earbuds would stop working within a matter of months, but i had these samsung earbuds for two years now and had no issues!

first time using the type c headset and i must confess the experience was awesome yet accompanied without of issues with the headset. one time the volume control on the headphone will automatically regulate the volume while a song is played without being touched. sometimes it stops working and resumes when it feels like. i kept the product in a safe place, woke up to find out that it has stopped working. seems everyone is complaining about same defect too.

i recently upgraded my phone and tablet to the note20 ultra and s7+.a big caveat was the loss of 3.5mm port.luckily, in the uk - the note 20 ultra came with these headphones in the box.these perform as you'd expect for headphones in their price range.they perform as well as headphones up to £100 - and vastly better than anything cheaper than this.the mids are clear and rich and the bass has some body to it. you can hear good detail from instruments. high's are clear.

i have both versions, one with the 3.5 mm audio jack came with my s10+ last year and this one with usb-c. i like the one with 3.5 mm jack because i accidentally put it multiple times in my washer and dryer and it still sounds great and i can listen to music with it and charge my phone using a power bank while on the bus or walking. this one with usb-c jack sounded better but not only the audio and mic didn't sound loud(100% of its volume sounded like 50% of the one with the 3.5 mm jack), it also had less bass and stopped working the very 1st time i accidentally washed it. don't buy this one if you have hearing problems. the 5 stars i gave are for the previous version with the 3.5 mm jack, not the current one.
I love music and without an audio jack was hesitant to get the new S20 but was happy to learn that these headphones were included with the phone. Sounded great and worked well, for about a month. The right earphone was not wired properly or something and is now barely audible compared to the left, making these essentially a left only pair of earbuds which is really annoying especially since I cannot just use regular headphone jack headphones. Dissapointed.
these came with my s20 5g. they sound good but you have to have the volume up to at least half if not more to actually hear the music. tried them on a plane trip and could barely hear my music with them all the way up. can't charge phone while using these earphones as only charging port is taken.also after 2 hours of using these while in the airport waiting for flight my ears began hurting and were sore for rest of day. my 2 pairs of klipsch 3.5mm in-ears are very comfortable and i can wear them all day with zero discomfort. least i didn't pay for these.real pain to have to have another dongle to carry around. at least add another usb-c port to the phone to allow charging and listening to music at the same time.
absolutely insane sound! got these earbuds in the box with my s20+, never really gave them a look and used my galaxy buds pro for a long time. gave them a try when they died once and never looked back since they sound 100x better. they come to life thanks to that 32bit 384mhz dac in these phones, something samsung will never tell you when trying to sell you the galaxy buds, but the galaxy buds are good too
very disappointed in this product. i'm a regular headphone user so i got this wired headphones for my s20fe. it has a noticeable static or squeaky noise when plugged in which is annoying and very very obvious. i only noticed this after the return period closed so now i'm stuck with 30$ piece of junk. been a loyal samsung customer for years but the removal of the headphone jack and the terrible quality of these headphones are turning me away from samsung products for good.
When I bought a Samsung Galaxy 10 plus I received these headphones in the box. I love them. Nevertheless, they were always in use by my boyfriend whenever I looked them up. Thus, I bought him a pair of them after seeing them at Mobilephone4u. It is our pleasure to have them.
My new note 20 ultra did not come with earbuds. I ordered these because I wanted wired earbuds as a backup. I haven't experienced the problems with static that other reviewers mention. Sound is pretty good, noise cancelation is decent. No problem with phone calls. They sound a lot like the 3.5mm AKG earbuds I got with older Samsung phones. For the price I paid I am satisfied with these.
