I have bought two of these machines in the last month, one for my daughter in law and one for myself to complement my Barista Oro. I can honestly say that I am in love with this machine, as is my daughter in law with hers. I love the versality of the different types of coffee, the ease of making coffee shop standard drinks and my husband particularly likes the hot water feature to make his hot lemon drinks! I bought this to replace my 20yr old magimix nespresso machine. I am delighted with the creatista tro. So fast, easy to add extra shots and milk is prepared at the same time as coffee. Lovely looking brushed metal casing and very easy touch screen menu. Lots of options and you can change volume of coffee, temperature and froth level of milk.

I've had this coffee machine for a number of weeks now and I'm very happy with it. It looks good on the worktop and takes less apce than the previous one.I'm still trying out different coffee flavours and have found some I quite like. The milk frother works very well and I love that feature, as my drink of choice is a latte (my wife prefers lungo). So far I haven't had the problem reported by some others of the holes in the milk frother getting blocked, but then it is only used once a day.

It's working well, this far. Nespresso pods work best, Starbucks second best (a tiniest first release of water prior to the coffee), any other pods push out a lot of water prior to the coffee. I'm experimenting with the steam wand all the time. I can get a decent enough froth for the various milk drinks, but unlike the steam wand on the Bambino Plus which can be used manually, this one can't be (unless you remove the drip tray completely, use the wand at an almost vertical angle and wonder whether all this will upset any internal settings - this being why I've never tried it, despite several YT videos advocating it's practice). Therefore, I haven't, as yet, created the right foam for Latte Art. The machine is sturdy but the chrome plastic front parts should have ... MoreIt's working well, this far. We cannot get it to froth without making the coffee watery in taste when making a cappuccino. We bought the Black Creatista Pro. The drip tray assembly rocks, cheapening the overall impact of an expensive machine. A replacement machine and two drip dray assemblies suggest that this is a design/manufacturing fault. Rather than resolve the issue, Sage has given up and offered us a full refund. £700 and Sage cannot produce a fault-free drip tray. We have heavily invested in Nespresso pods and are truly angry at being left high and dry!
If you drink your coffee black, this may be an ok machine for you. If you prefer milky coffee stay away from this and other creatista machines. If you are lucky, you may get acceptable froth for a few weeks after which you end up with warm milk. No froth, just flat. Cleaning, descaling, changing settings, etc, does not do anything. It seems that the pressure drops, hence the poor end result. I have gone through 4 different Creatista machines ( I know I am mad, or just optimistic), and now I have definitely given up on Sage. Sorry to be brutal. I was willing them to work. They look nice, but they just do not work due to the poor design of the milk frother.

This is my second Creatista Pro - I bought one for home pre-COVID and it's still going strong, so I treated myself and got another for my office at work. Extremely easy and intuitive to operate, a choice of just about any coffee type pre-configured, each of which allows you to 'tweak' settings like pour and temperature AND the ability to programme your own. My GF is VERY particular about her latte/cappuccino (Starbucks only normally), but she actually prefers Nespresso via Creatista Pro now.Superb machine and well worth the premium over the other dozen or so Nespresso capsule machines I've been through over the years.
