I bought the Hazelnut duvet and pillow cases in king. I have a big black Lab who loves sleeping on the linen bedding. But she rolls around and leaves lots of her black hair on the bed. So I bought a twin flat sheet in the same Hazelnut color and place it on top of the duvet. It hangs just right over the king bed and my dog can roll around, stretch out, shed hair all she wants as she enjoys sleeping on our bed. I just pick up the flat sheet and shake it out and wash it once a week. The color does not fade and my duvet stays cleaner. And since the linen is strong but light weight, it doesn’t impact our enjoyment of the French linen when we sleep.

I bought a flat sheet and pillow cases initially because I like to sleep right under my linen duvet. Next, some months later, I decided to try the fitted sheet. Typically, I don’t use fitted sheets because the make a mattress firmer, but linen is a softer fabric. I’m glad I did complete my set and the fitted sheet is not making the bed firmer. The quality of these sheets is awesome. I’ve had 1000 thread count sateen sheets for years, but the softness of the linen is unmatched. I will never go back. Thanks for making great quality and iconic linen pieces that we can all afford to invest in!

Color is exactly as pictured online, which is super cool for future color mix and matching. This bedding has that nice natural linen feel, but it's not at all scratchy or crunchy. It wrinkles comfortably, and truly does get softer with every wash.I live in Florida, and I've been looking for a set of sheets that would keep me not sweating during the summer nights, but also be easily transferrable into the cooler months (again, being in Florida, it's never really "cold" lol but we do have layered bedding during the winter). But as I love the feel of linen clothing I thought I would try this . It is so lovely to sleep on. I bought a King size flat sheet for my Queen bed, and it was huge! Perhaps a little too big, but that’s on me. The seam is the same length all the way around, so there is no wide turn down unfortunately. But thankfully the seam on this sheet is about 5cms wide. I recently bought another sheet set in a different colour from Bed Threads and unfortunately the seam is only a tiny 1cm all around, which makes it look cheap. I already own the quilt in the oatmeal and was very excited to receive the matching bed sheets. They go with everything and make your bedroom dreamy and lush. I own three sets of bed linen from Bed Threads, and some are slightly different. The white flat sheet I got in a King size (for my queen bed) and the hemming is about 1.5-2inches all the way around. The second sheets I got in terracotta but in the queen flat sheet and the hem was a basic 1cm all around. This time I got the King size in the oatmeal and was very happy to receive them with the larger hem. I’m not sure if the hemming changes with the colour or the size of the sheet set. Wash three times for the perfect softness. They take no time to dry too, even in winter.

I have a 21" thick bugger which is hard finding a fitted sheet to cover the sides. These sheets did the trick. I will admit that they are not as soft as I had hoped, but I have only washed them twice so far. I washed them on cold and line dry them so I have no idea if they shrink or not. The dry time indoors is fast - about 12 hrs - so hang them at night, dry by morning. I love the natural fibers - no nasty chemicals that are now being exposed as hazardous to our hormonal health. With the current heat wave, they stay cool and comfortable at night.So healthy, good quality and good sizing.
