The product is faulty and unusable owing to a manufacturing flaw. I have been unable as yet to get Ryobi to respond in spite of registering the product and sending two messages via the web site. I will send one more message seeking a full refund, and if this is ignored I will seek an order via the UK County Court system based on lack of fitness for purpose for the cost of the goods.
I've only had this blower a few weeks; and currently, I'm very happy with this product.I'm happy to say that his product is value for money.

Absolute brilliant blower. pick it up, click in a battery, and off you go. Light weight, easy to operate, yet very powerful. A must have in the Ryobi One+ family.
Is a fairly good tool quite powerful does what I need, one small problem that Im working on . The extension does not fit properly keeps falling off, but is fixable with a little patience.
Awesome piece of kit and has loads of blowing power you won't be disappointed also the price is great to just use your own battery. It's robustly built with variable speed with the trigger and well balanced it's fantastic for a mid range product again you won't be disappointed.
