Great for my little Kokoni dog. She always enjoys this food. However, I do wish Royal Canin did this in meat slices instead of loaf as it is very difficult to manoeuvre out of the pouch and off the spoon.

Although the food helped with dissolving the crystals in just about 3 weeks it doesnt deliver on energy. The feeding guide only goes up to 45kg so we contacted royal canin and were very helpful. 6 1/2 cups didn’t seem sufficient for a Great Dane weighting almost 70kg so when we decided to increase food intake and it resulted in diarrhoea so we decided to feed extra chicken breast instead to boost his energy level. I’m not convinced it was designed for giant breeds as well in mind but this food was the closest for ageing dogs out there I could find and did the job.
