I?m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. Delicious with a very fragrant and almost astringent flavour. We really enjoyed it on toast with salty butter. The texture was luxurious and syrupy. I'm not sure that I prefer it to a locally produced honey and the air miles are quite high. It is expensive for a honey but if you want a Manuka honey then it is good value for the quality.

Im reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. I'm a huge honey fan, and use it a lot during cooking. I've always wanted to try Manuka honey, but could never justify the price. But now, I will be buying it again! The taste is delicate and floral, not overly sweet but delicious. Manuka honey has lots of health benefits too. Definitely getting this again!

Very good flavour. I just wish mainstream honey producers would be much more clear with labelling on Manuka honey jars. This product is right at the bottom end of Manuka grades of honey and it would be useful if this grading table was on the labelling to help consumers understand why. But still a delicious product.

We used this to treat a minor skin condition involving dryness and flaking. Put the honey on a poultice and leave applied overnight, it certainly helped to soften the skin and reduce the dryness. As a regular honey of course this product is also of the highest quality and the taste is super rich and rarified honey. Can be had just as a simple spoonful each day to brighten things up, or also in a simple honey, lemon and ginger drink where the honey flavour really comes through compared to normal strength honey.
This is a lovely sweet, balanced, flavourful honey. I've been to New Zealand several times and always buy manuka honey. This is very high quality fresh delicate honey. It's delicious on toast, or on top of peanut butter on toast. It comes in a glass jar. For manuka honey it's good value, I've paid ?16.00 for similar quality honey elsewhere. I received this as a gift in exchange for a review. But I'm very grateful I got such a nice honey, I can taste the difference and will purchase again. It really is the nicest honey I've tried.
I was a given this product free to try by Ocado in return for an unbiased review. I dont normally buy Manuka honey because of the price differential from that of normal honey but tasting this product just confirms that you get what you pay for. This a great tasting honey - subtle but very pleasant - with a smooth, buttery texture, with all the acknowledged benefits of being Manuka, too. It is definitely more expensive than cheap, supermarket honey but represents excellent value-for-money against similar products.
I?m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. A nice manuka honey, that tastes rich, smooth with different undertones. It won't be for everyone as this type of honey can taste a little medicinal, but I enjoy it personally! The price is dear, but this is the going rate for manuka. I agree with others, the quality / purity ratings are complicated for manuka. This will definitely be at the lower end due to the cost of it, as some others are way more.
I?m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. I initially couldn't understand why this was so expensive until I did a little research and realised it's actually a good price for Manuka Honey. On tasting it was immediately obvious that the quality was far beyond any standard honey I'd tried before, thick and incredibly smooth so it kind of melts in the mouth. There is a slight floral taste, but not overwhelmingly so like some others... it seems perfectly balanced. It only loses a star from me due to it being out of my price range but I will certainly enjoy every last drop and may treat myself to it again in the future some time.
With honey the old adage is true in that 'you get what you pay for'. So yes, it's relatively expensive but this is wonderfully smooth, flavoursome and moorish honey which, once opened, is difficult to resist ....either with a spoon straight out of the jar or on gorgeous brown bread/toast. I'm sure it would also be wonderful for baking but mine hasn't survived long enough for that! It's the real thing and a real treat.
I?m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. This is my honest opinion. Rowse Authentic Manuka Honey It comes in a lovely bottle and the colour of the honey is like a deep amber ? very pleasing to the eye. The honey is quite thick, smells good and tastes good. There is a distinctive flavour to the honey that I cannot describe but it tastes really good and worked well in my herbal tea. I often buy Rowse honey as well. Would buy again
