It did add some volume to my thin, fine hair but the 2ā brush is too large for my short hair. It is perfect for my friendās long, wavy haired teenager.The controls are on the handle and are accessed by simply twisting it. Low is stronger than medium, which I found odd. Perhaps thereās an heat differential but I didnāt notice one because my hair dried in 2 minutes. The cord moved freely and the barrel is easy to clean because the teeth are widely spaced. Itās boxed nicely if youāre interested in gifting possibilities.All things considered, light weight, good for traveling and best used by medium/long haired folksāØ

I really like this product by Dan Technology. I really am enjoying another product by this company, as well. They make some really nice stuff! This is a perfect, smaller-sized unit to pack up and travel with. My other round, drying brush is HUGE, but we all use it, so yes.. we needed this, as we do travel quite a lot.Of course, when something is smaller it has less power, so expect drying time for your hair to be longer.. that is just the way it is, but itās convenient, aesthetically pleasing, and Iād say itās worth the price tag. For a small unit, I will say that it basically has met my expectations and gone slightly beyond, earning itself a solid 4.25 star rating!!!Iām happy to have it š!āļøāļøāļøāļø+I hope that my review has proven helpful :).

The plastic bristles on this unit have smaller bristle which help break up & smooth at the hair so it dries faster and makes styling much easier. The heat settings work as expected, low, medium, hot. This is a great size for travel. If only it had included a case for travel it would be the perfect buy. At any rate, this is a compact version of the very popular brush dryer. This one puts out a fair amount of air and heat. The nylon bristles don't seem to shed much nor do they pull or tangle my thick, shoulder length hair. I haven't noticed this dryer causing excess breakage either. I've been using this style of dryer for over five years and I found most, even the more expensive brands, tend to last 12-18 months with daily use. That's something to keep in mind when deciding your price point. Great little dryer!

It's definitely easier to use than any hair dryer brush I've ever owned. I have purchased four other dryer brushes looking for the "right" one, but they have all been so long, cumbersome, and heavy that my arm is tired before I can finish styling my chin-lengthhair. Also, the Ceramic barrel of this dryer brush leaves my hair smooth and very, very shiny with hardly any effort from me. When I travel I donāt even need to take all my other tools other than a mini flat iron if I have bangs. It doesnāt make your hair pin straight, but it still makes it pretty straight while still leaving the body in your hair. What I didnāt realize until I tested this tool is that it will help to straighten your hair even if your hair is fully dry. The trick is to pull it through very slowly. I donāt recommend doing this regularly because the direct heat is damaging to the hair. I like this smaller dryer / curler because it is easier for me to hold then the heavier larger ones. It dries my hair pretty quickly, but I would advise to have your hair completely untangled and smooth before you use it. The bristles will tangle your hair and catch it if you don't. I have straight , fine hair and it worked well for me, but I think someone who has very curly, thicker hair might have a problem with the bristles tangling their hair. I took one star off because the medium setting is the same speed as the high.
