ResMed AirMini F20 HumidX (6 Pack)

I use the HumidX with my travel C-Pap I truly like the fact that I do not have to search for water as soon as I get off a plane. It is easy to install into my mask and easy to pop out for my mask cleaning. I noticed that after a few days my nose is dry when I get up in the morning. I now bring a nasal spray with me and thing are wonderful. It works just like it should and I gave it a ten!

I have had dry mouth issues for five years with my Philips dream station. I bough air mini resmed for travel and this little thing came with it. I always use resmed mask F20. So I stuck this in the mask, dry mouth issue resolved. I’m glad I did this experiment.

Just pop into the mask and change every 30 days. No buying distilled water. No refilling the the water container. No back and forth to fill the container. Simple and efficient and very space saving when you travel. The perfect addition to the Air Mini itself.Thanks CPAP

A pretty good alternative to not having a water container to make humid air. The whole humidifier apparatus is quite a large portion of the CPAP. I bought the airmini specifically for its minimal size. I used it in Montana where it was in single-digit temps and very dry. It worked well. No dryness in mouth. It only works on the F20 mask though.

Great to Use !

Using this with the AirMini is SO much better than taking my other CPAP machine and having to deal with getting distilled water. I have not had any issues with dryness in nose/throat. These work great. Just ordered more for traveling and taking camping.

Humidifiers stink

Purchase was smooth and delivery was fast/efficient. My problem is with this method of humidification. (1) The insert takes up valuable nose-space in the mask (my nose pretty much rested on it all the time because I have a big nose, I guess) which tended to make me feel a bit claustrophobic. (2) The smell was terrible. I felt as though I was breathing some chemical all night long. (3) The humidity isn't adjustible, so I had a small pool of water accumulating inside my mask by the middle of the night - which was gross.

Makes travel much easier!

My wife and I travel frequently. Many times, distilled water is not available when/where we need it. These HumidX cartridges eliminate the need to locate distilled water, thus maintaining our normal routine. Much more convenient having the HumidX cartridges in our luggage!

Waterless humidifier for 20 mask

I recently retired my large machine as it did come to the end of its useful life and I am using the AirMini exclusively. The one drawback to the AirMini was a lack of humidity and waking up with dry mouth. The humidex for F 20 mask solves the problem and I no longer have issues during the evening with dry mouth or upon weekend. I highly recommend the waterless humidifier.

Works Well

These really do help with humidification on the Mini, but not like a true full size CPAP water chamber. I really wish ReMed would provide a method of preserving these things once they've been opened. I only use the Mini when I travel (1-2 days per month). So this means I essentially get 2 days use out of a single HumidX before it reaches 30 days since opening. I'm not sure if there is a bio growth risk or they simply stop functioning after 30 days.

Works much better than I expected

I must admit, I wasn't expecting much when I ordered the Humidx for my F20 face mask. I use it with my air mini. How could this little disk do the same thing as my humidifier on my regular machine? Well it does... I can't tell any difference in humidity level between my regular machine and this used with my air mini. Fantastic simple device...
