My daughter in law Laura introduced me to Real Foods Corn Thins. My 2 year old Grandson eats these as a healthy snack. They are delicious and much tastier than rice cakes. I eat these now instead of bread and potato crisps both of which are trigger foods for me. They are excellent with either sweet or savoury toppings and are low in calories with a good source of fibre. They are light and tasty with a lovely popcorn flavour. I feel the benefit from removing the wheat and yeast contained in bread in my diet. I'll continue to buy them and I recommend trying them.

I'm a veg on WW and needed something to replace bread- these are perfect. Thin, crispy, but strong! I added blackbean chili to the top & threw in the microwave- didn't break or fall apart. I love these. Only 1 WW point for 3 is a great deal! Will order again!

IF you have to replace bread in lieu of a gluten-free option, then try these thin, crunchy, round options. They do NOT taste anything like bread or look or act like soft bread, but they do hold together relatively well enough for a tasty pb&j or turkey, mayo & cheese. If you hold it with two hands and spread your fingers out, the corn thin won't fall apart too much. I can't detect much of a taste difference between any of the flavors, but know that these thins are light, half the calories of bread and are gluten-free and crunchy -- their best quality. They even make nice pizza rounds or a basis for nachos.

What has gone wrong with the packaging of the previously deliciously crisp Corn Thins? Instead of the highly efficient double wrapping, they're now tightly packed in one thin wrapper which is impossible to reseal. As a result they've lost all their crispness even immediately on opening and there's no possibility of keeping them fresh for a couple of weeks as was the case before.
I've enjoyed these crackers for years but they have changed the packaging and its horrible. I have to store the crackers in a container or bag now. They used to keep really fresh in twist packet Trying a different make now. Shame
My gluten free family loves these.Great for a quick snack with nut butter, and much healthier substitute for gluten free bread on occasion. We like that they are so thin.Good flavor, good texture.
I use these corn thins instead of bread for sandwiches and in the place of toast topped with anything from hummus, cream cheese, peanut butter, jelly, avocado and it tastes great "naked" too. It is low in calories and fat, it is a whole grain and has just enough crunch and chew. I like Real Foods Organic Corn Thins in original and the Flax and Soy version more than rice cakes. These corn thins are considerably more flavorful, having a nutty taste without an overpowering corn chip taste. I ordered more! They are priced reasonably, even better on Vitacost, (and I purchased them on sale!)
I only just discovered these, they are yummy and my new gmfavourite thing.I never experienced the older packing but just open them carefully and the pack doesn't rip.Besides they all got eaten before they had a chance to go stale :oD
Since I went gluten free a few years ago, I've been on the look out for crackers that I could eat without getting sick. These are delicious, not high in calories and definitely fit the bill. I order them in bulk, use them for tuna melt open faced sandwiches, veggie burgers or for dips.
I love buttered popcorn but kernels get caught in my teeth and I don’t want unhealthy oils and salt. I put real butter on these corn thins and then sprinkle on pink Himalayan salt. They are stunningly delicious and my body and salt are happy campers.
