This laptop is amazing while gaming if you limit your FPS on battery to 60 then you can get about 1hour 30 mins out of it and not gaming about 5 to 9 hours depending on what your doing. The keyboard is great to type on. And the trackpad is better then anything else I have used. It charges really quick. The CPU and GPU are very powerful and are great for gaming, video production and work. The storage is upgradeable and if you have lots of games I recommend upgrading it. Plugged in this laptop get 120 fps easily in high or ultra setting on most games and the 120hz screen is very smooth. The RGB is very vibrant as well.

I wouldn't recommend this. I had it for a month, and it was amazing at first.. But then it started crashing all the time. The look and everything else is amazing. And it's a really fast laptop. And really good for gaming, But the crashing is unbelievable. I wasted over $1000 on this. It even crashes when i'm doing nothing at all with it. I went to the kitchen to get something, and when I came back the laptop crashed... On the login screen.. Buying this was the biggest mistake i ever made. The laptop isn't even old.. And I can't return it. This is the first gaming laptop I ever had, and I can't even game on it, because it crashes so much. I guess i'm going to have to try to save up for one that I can actually use without it crashing like crazy. It took me forever to ... MoreI wouldn't recommend this. Terrible experience!Purchased the Blade 15 only a few weeks ago and within the first few weeks the screen had cracked while in the carrier case during transportation. There was no mishandling of any type. It was carried in a regular manner with care. The issue was a design flaw relating to the screen, yet when it was returned for repair under warranty, I was informed that the damage was not covered as it was due to mishandling. Again, there was zero proof of mishandling, not a single scratch. There was also proof to the contrary in the form of complaints from a number of other individuals who had experienced the same issue with their screen without any fault on their behalf.Notwithstanding this, I asked for a quote on what the proposed damages would cost and ... MoreTerrible experience!Purchased the Blade 15 only a few weeks ago and within the first few weeks the screen had cracked while in the carrier case during transportation. Pros: The laptop is by far the best I have ever used. It has a great looking screen, good quiet keyboard, the best trackpad and the performance is just perfect. It is really snappy and runs all games at high/ultra settings without a problem and at more than 100fps. It is also smaller, thinner and lighter in person than I expected, making it very easy to carry.Cons: The battery life is good but falls short of many other laptops' 10+ hours. It's also quiet hard to keep clean as it is a big fingerprint magnet, and dust tends to be more visible on it than other laptops.
The laptop is gorgeous. 1st of all, it's a great size 15 inch screen. Great matte black finish (fingerprint magnet) with logo in the middle. With the specs, it's a solid gaming laptop. You get your money's worth. I get about 100 average frames playing Warzone with some of the graphics turned down (personal preference). I do recommend getting a stand ($20ish) for longer gaming sessions. Equipped with a Razer Chroma, the keyboard looks great as well. Overall, it's a great laptop that you will not regret getting doe gaming, and any other laptop use you may need.
I bought the pc to use editing and processing photos and to use putting products up on my website. The razer seems well suited to this but working out the sign in etc took way too much time and I couldn't make it go as I wanted. Razer shows tec support 24/7 via chat, and phone support as late as 6pm Pacific, 7 days a week. I called for help Sunday and got a wrong number. Online chat was also a no go. I don't know what their problem was, perhaps Covid or something else? All in all, I do like the pc and it does what I want very well. I especially like the lighted keyboard although I'll limit it to one color as soon as I make a choice. My last pc's keyboard ws not lighted and it was hard to use in limited lighting.

Great laptop. Love the design and feel, if you reinstall the system it will show its true performance (the preinstalled OS is crap) which is amazing and the battery currently lasts me around 4h. The keyboard is good but be aware that it does not come with the backlight on the special characters or special functions, which makes it hard to read on a room with dim lights, due to Razer being weird with non-US keyboards (cost cutting). Besides the software and lack of features on non US models, it’s a great laptop.
Good quality build. It's not heavy or light, right in the middle. Battery life is pretty short, about 3hrs with light use but given that it's a gaming laptop that's to be expected. Nice keyboard, keys are slightly on the smaller side but good have a good feel. It would be nice to have a more robust fan profile out of the box. Would recommend if you need some extra graphic power over the average laptop. Speedy and expandable storage and RAM. The 144hz screen makes a noticeable difference in smoothing the visual user experience. Would recommend for a laptop that needs to do it all and has access to an outlet most of the time.

From the email, Razer has discontinued the Quartz color option for the Razer Blade 15. Moving forward, I have no idea if they ever plan to bring the color scheme back. This model was released in Oct. 2019 sometime.)The build quality is absolutely amazing and durable. There is no flex anywhere on the laptop. I was comparing this to the MSi Prestige 14 in pink and that one had a lot of flex due to cheaper/thinner chassis. This one can steal another laptop's lunch money. There is no num(ber) pad, but the track pad is nice. There's no quick disable button to turn off the track pad so you'll have to do this in settings. I set mine to have the track pad off if there's a mouse plugged in.The speakers also face up (speaker panels are located on either side of the keyboard, which is a nice change from the traditional set up facing outwards from the sides. Speaker quality is decent for a laptop since most laptops have mediocre speakers anyways. The keyboard was surprisingly springy, which I like very much. The keys have a nice tactile bounce to them even if they are chiclet style keys. Biggest complaints are the right "shift" key, the "?" key, and both "ctrl" keys. The right shift key and ? is spaced a bit short and the cntrl keys are a bit small. It has RGB, but has limited lighting profiles: breathing, spectrum cycling, and static. The laptop itself is almost 5 lbs. and the power supply brick is another 3-4 lbs. The total shipment weight was over 9.5 lbs altogether. It is on the heavier side if you need to travel with both the laptop and power brick. The battery life is okay. Would NOT recommend trying to game on this laptop without it being plugged in. Battery life is about 5ish hours without serious game play. If you plan to play games, you might get 1-2 hours before you need to charge.... maybe. Now for game play, it's absolutely powerful. There are two fans on each side and they can get a bit loud. The laptop also gets VERY HOT when running games. However, temperature for normal work use (web surfing, streaming, etc.) was fine.I ran CS:GO as is and the laptop got uncomfortably hot to the touch. The graphics card had no max FPS set. It was the hottest along the top strip above the keyboard above the F# keys and on the underside of the laptop. Would NOT recommend having the laptop touch bare legs as it will likely scald you. Metal conducts heat after all. There is a work around for heat control. A laptop chill mat helps out. If not, then at least prop up the fan end of the laptop at an acute angle so that cooler air can circulate and cool it down. I frankly use a book roughly the size of a planner (7"x9") to wedge enough space to circulate air.The other trick is to modify your max FPS through NVIDIA Control Panel. Lower max FPS rate won't hurt your gaming when tuned just enough. This puts less strain on the graphics card which reduces heat emission overall. It'll still be warm, but not scalding hot.The screen has a 144Hz refresh rate and it's matte. I personally love the screen and the best part is that it's NOT A TOUCH SCREEN! Praise! This version did not come with Windows Hello (no facial recognition) or MS Office applications. The OS is Windows 10.All in all, it is a great performance laptop. Battery life is limited as to be expected due to high performance. It can run some decent games, but it is not a desktop so don't expect it to perform or dissipate heat like one.Final thoughts:It is on the higher price end, but I think it's worth it when factoring in quality build materials and graphics card selection. Just wished refurb products qualify for a protection plan. Had it not been for the rare color, I may have very well returned it so that I could get a protection plan. It does run hot, but this can be managed. It's somewhat travel friendly, but just on the heavier side. Would use this more for casual gaming due to heat output.
