Ray-Ban RB3386 Sunglasses

First Ray-Ban sunglasses purchased. Lens and and overall measurements as specified. Lens quality gives excellent protection without affecting clarity of vision. Certainly an excellent product.

They're very good, but the arms could do with being a bit more robust - I'm not sure how long they'll survive. No issues yet however so maybe that's unfair.These were to replace a similar pair I had from years ago. Somehow this 67mm pair fit the same as the 63mm pair I used to have. I bought a 63mm pair recently from elsewhere and sent them back as looked small. TLDR: size up!

The lens size on these Ray-Bans is excellent for my Harley rides to avoid wind and stray light. I always go polarized since I wear sunglasses during bright light conditions. (Overcast days dont necessitate them for me.) And this model in the larger of two sizes make my rather big face look well-proportioned. By the way: You will NOT beat FramesDirect.com price! I have had my original pair of these sunglasses and wanted to update my sunglasses - after looking around I came back to my original sunglasses. Theses glasses are just so comfortable and they look great too! I am very happy I did not change to a new style - these are perfect - not to mention that Pippa Middlelton also has these sunglasses!

Beautiful Ray-Ban model

These glasses are so comfortable, offering excellent sun protection. The lenses are big enough to block out sunlight but the shade is graduated. Really good price for Ray-Bans too. I also like the fact that the arms are sturdy and don't feel flimsy unlike the arms of other (more pricey) RB Aviator shades that I have had.

Favorite Style

I love the fit and the look of these Ray-Ban’s. I receive compliments regarding how great they look very often. I purchased a pair 5 years ago and just recently lost them on vacation. I ordered a new pair immediately.

LOVE! My 2nd Pair of These Shades!

This is my second pair of these exact shades. I love the way they look on me and more importantly knowing that they are actually protecting my eyes, unlike so many sunglasses that are on the market. I had my last pair for 6+ years so that is a testament to the quality of Ray Ban.

Poor quality for the price

I have owned 4 pairs of Ray-Bans over the past 10 years. The last pair I purchased in 2015 were fantastic. Metal frames and earpieces with high quality glass lenses. I really felt like quality I received was worth the price. However the new sunglasses I ordered were much lower in quality. The frames are still metal but the ear pieces are plastic. The most disappointing change was the lenses are plastic now too. If I am spending $150+ on a pair of sunglasses, I expect the materials and quality to reflect the price. I could get a similar pair of polarized sunglasses for $10 at the kiosk in the mall. The only difference would be the "Ray-Ban" logo. Not worth the price.

RB3386 A Replacement For RB3393

Great pair of sunglasses. Definitely not as good as my RB3393, but comes a close second. It fits well out of the box, with just enough wrap around my face. I'm fully bald and have a more oval face, so these glasses are shaped for me. The temples are plastic unlike the metal ones I had for my RB3393, and they don't have the same beautiful design, but still look good. Bring back the RB3393 and I'll buy them from you RayBan. Thanks!

Sorry No Crystal Lens

I was told the lens would be crystal it wasn't. This is the second pair I was told would have crystal lenses. Ray Ban get your game together other manufacturers let you know if you are getting plastic or crystal you need to do the same. Returned!
