First, if it weren't for Mark at Chris' I probably would have made the wrong choice in machines. He was great! There is nothing bad I can say about the QM67 machine itself. But if I have anything bad to say it is the lack of updated information and manuals and updated photos on Quick Mill's part. There are some new features that are STILL undocumented that some might find handy... or get in the way if you don't know they're there. (Eco and standby modes- totally undocumented in any available manual). Chris' tech had a sheet with instructions for the new features. How could these not have made it into any QM67 manual??? New photos? The NEWEST iteration NO LONGER HAS HUGE DIAGONAL BADGES DOWN EACH SIDE OF THE MACHINE. I wouldn't have purchased the QM67 with those ... MoreFirst, if it weren't for Mark at Chris' I probably would have made the wrong choice in machines. But I was still sort curious about the QM67. Footprint, mainly width was an important factor and the QM was only 11" wide. Mark at Chris' answered my questions in a way that, in my head said "perhaps this is a better choice and I might want the dual boiler". He made it easy to think about the choice and I pulled the trigger on the QM67. It was more expensive than the ECM and in my eyes more attractive than its real competitor the Profitec Pro 600. I thought the QM67 is more elegant looking than the Prof. 600. I've had it 10 days now and am very satisfied.

I bought this in December 2014 and have been using it every day since then. I bought it to replace a 7-year-old Rancilio Sylvia. I also bought a Baratza grinder to go with it to replace the Rancilio Rocky. Though the Rancilio products were great, the QM67 is a major upgrade and allows much better control of the brewing process. Subtle changes in the grind/brew temperature make noticeable, replicable differences, which is what I wanted. I've used mostly Blue Bottle coffees, but have also used Black Cat and a few other local coffees. It can take 6-8 cups to get everything right for my taste, but this is why I wanted to be able to control everything I could. A good value, very attractive and trouble-free operation, too.

I purchased this as a 1st machine a little over 2 mo ago. After perfecting the bean grind, the machine cranks out incredible espresso time after time. The two thing I like most are the PID display and dual boiler. There is no need to temperature surf with the dual boiler and the PID ensures that temp isn't a factor affecting the taste from one cup to the next.My only regret is not purchasing the inline machine. Nothing elicits a groan more than shutting off mid-pour. The convenience of never running out would have been worth the extra cost.If you are buying for the first time, there are 5 add ons I recommend:- quality tamper (the included one is garbage)- industrial strength grouphead cleaner- tamping stand for single shots- surge protector to protect your ... MoreI purchased this as a 1st machine a little over 2 mo ago. I am so pleased with the QM67. I bought it as a replacement for an Expobar Brewtus, and I think the quality of the brew with the new machine is far better. Everything operates exactly as you want and would expect, at a price that is crazy good compared to many other makes and models. I love it.
Top notch quality and construction. Love the stainless steel frame versus other manufacturers who skimp under the hood. Polished stainless steel galore makes this machine a true beauty. Knobs operate smoothly. Cups warm nicely on top of the unit. Consistently pulls great shots of espresso. Steam wand is cool to the touch and makes steaming/frothing simple. Packaging was excellent. Can't think of any cons with the Quick Mill QM67 Evo.
I have owned my QM67 for a couple of months now, and have no regrets. I got hooked on espresso in jamaica two years ago, when I came home i bought a Nespresso machine. I quickly found out it wasnt quite what I was looking for and I was spending $150.00 a month on capsules. So I started looking for a good machine. After months of research I settled on a QM67, and I wanted to purchase from Chris Coffee, based on customer reviews. I consider both of those desisions to be very good ones. Pulling shots on this machine is extremely easy, and dealing with Mckenzie at Chris Coffee was a pleasure. I have found with the addittion of a gram scale I can repeat any shot just about any time. I have coffee subscriptions with a couple of micro roasters, and find dialing in new ... MoreI have owned my QM67 for a couple of months now, and have no regrets. My previous machine was an expobar office lever which served me well for a number of years. But as anything goes especially in this coffee world there comes a time when you should upgrade or replace your machine either due to age or your changing needs. While my expobar was still working I noticed some things weren't quite working as they should I've done basic maintenance on it; gaskets screens backflush and descale as needed but I also wanted a double boiler machine as I want to try different coffees and see how the temperature and pressure affects the taste. So I decided on this one and I ordered a flow control device from Quickmill and honestly I couldn't be happier. So I decided on this one and I ordered a flow control device from Quickmill and honestly I couldn't be happier. The steam power is way better then my old heat exchanger unit, it's nice not having to do a cooling flush before pulling a shot, the fit and finish especially for the price is amazing, and should be noted that the new ones are different then the one in the picture; they don't have that banner on the side, the valves are a bit beefier as well as the Italian flag logo is now located under the PID which by the way is fairly simple to use. I only had a small issue with condensation on the manometer which they resolved fast with no questions asked by sending me a new gauge thankful I didn't have to send the machine out. If you are new to prosumer coffee machines this would be a great first machine as for one the price of it is the same as most heat exchangers, and the features this one has that those ones don't make it a pleasure to use, of if you have an aging single boiler or heat exchanger and want an upgrade and don't want to spend 3k or more on a larger name unit this machine is also for you. I reccomend first in coffee as well for their great customer service, fast shipping and answering ant questions I had.
I bought the QM67 as my first espresso machine 2 years ago as a covid purchase. It has been super easy to use, easy to maintain, and makes great espresso. The steam wand was really easy to get a hang of (I chose to retain the twist knob instead of the joystick). Paired with the Ceado E37S grinder and a smartplug on a schedule, my morning routine is dialed in!Kudos to the Chris’ Coffee support team as well for their quick response, and efficient work.
I've had the QM67 now for over 7 months, and it has been seriously rock-solid! It was a huge jump up from my ancient, well-used (and basic) Saeco Aroma.I was looking for the right balance of features vs price. Having the PID controller appealed to my geeky side, and having the E61 group head appealed to my sensible side.I will add that I'm a diehard espresso drinker, so other than a test run the day I set it up, I've never used the steam wand to froth any milk. I keep meaning to make a latte, but alas.Once again, it's an absolutely brilliant machine. There's not one bad thing I can say about it.Oh, and I will add that Mackenzie helped me out with arranging the purchase right from the get-go, to ensure that nothing was missed. She also helped out with the shipping logistics; the week it was due to ship out, her area was dealing with a pretty rough snowstorm. This personal touch was definitely the icing on the cake!
The machine itself looks like a piece of art on the countertop. It pulls delicious espresso consistently. I use it mostly for making milk drinks and the steam wand is crazy powerful compared to what I was using before. There was a bit of a learning curve for me as I used a Breville machine prior to this, but once you get the hang of it, it's a fantastic machine.
