Overall:I got the green and it is so unique and put together amazingly.the neck and feet oard are strait butter.theres not a better guitar in this price range.plus the coil split on this with the bolt on neck really delivers a single coil strat sound better than a strat does

I saw the limited edition finish (sandblasted Purple), had to have it. Even better in person absolutely beautiful guitar. The set up had a bit to be desired...factory strings of course, HAD TO GO the first 5 minutes, string heights were unequal, intonation was off but, I've done this enough that I was able to correct everything and now, it's a GREAT GUITAR.

Love the sandblasted body and satin finish and feel of the guitar, The PRS plays well with great sounding PAF type pickups. I have owned several PRS SE guitars and have always been pleased with the quality and price.
I don't normally take the time to write reviews so when I do it means I'm really impressed! The Indonesian factory has stepped up their game. The neck is phenomenal, frets are leveled with good edges w/no sprout, the sandblasted top is gorgeous, and it played great out of the box. I've played a lot of Indo built PRS SE guitars that honestly sucked, but this one is excellent. I also own a core custom 24, a US built CE24, and an S2 custom 24 and this SE far surpassed my expectations. I've owned Korean built Cor-tek PRS SE guitars and this is at the same quality level they were. A lot of people hate on the import pickups, but I love them! I have US made 85/15 pickups in my core guitars and the difference in a band mix is unnoticeable. The newer import pickups sound ... Only thing to mod is the tuners and that's just preference since I like locking tuners on all of my guitars. Not all SEs are this well in my experience so just buy one before they're gone. As with any guitar ymmv.
Overall:It's my 10th guitar in 40 years and I love it. I replaced the tuners with PRS locking tuners as soon as I got it and it's quite the guitar. I know $200 is just for the sandblasted color aesthetic, but the guitar has that classic PRS feel, great sound, and the setup was perfect. I lowered the action a little when I swapped tuners, but the action was fine out of the box. No dings or dents, the fretboard and frets feel amazing. Weighs a perfect 8 lbs. Zero complaints. A great guitar for a great price.
