good brand, good ingredients

I was recommended by a doctor to take vitamin D3 in oil form (drops or soft gels) because oil addition makes it easier for D3 to be absorbed. Also this potency was recommended to me to make my D3 levels go up which right now are too low. Apparently in some cases supplementing by 2000 IU is not enough, hopefully 5000IU would do its job.
