The Projecta 1500A Jump-starter was purchased to ensure a top level backup jump-starter for my Ford Ranger 3.2Lt Diesel. This jump-starter is a top quality model with more than enough capacity to deliver safe and sound jump starting of my vehicle and a range of other vehicles with a much higher capacity engines. For it's capacity it's a compact and relatively light item built to withstand being carried in a vehicle or used around the workshop. I would thoroughly recommend this product to anyone.

This was recommended to me by an RACV Roadside staff member and I have been waiting for it to go on sale to buy one! Caught it on discount at the right time and snapped it up! I have Adventure Kings portable jump starters in my cars for emergencies and keep this plugged in the garage at all times. The quality is definitely up there! Being of trade quality, I can see why Workshops use this jump starter too. Highly recommend this! Thanks!

Excellent product! Well designed and made. Love the cradle charging unit. Very robust, good size and weight and will kick start just about anything 12v. Use it for our yacht, tractor, mower and cars. Awesome gear. Don't leave home without it!

What a great jump battery starts my diesel land cruiser.So light & portable compared to other jump starters on the market.Would recommend
I work at a Toyota dealership and these are the jump starters we use. I have used these starter packs to start hundreds of vehicles big and small over the past years at Toyota and they are still going strong. They have taken a hell of abuse too. the price may look a little pricey, but this is a product that will last a lifetime. Perfect to have sitting on its charger in ur garage or workshop. Not so much an emergency jump pack to keep in the car due to its size being close to a normal sized lunch box. But hey if you don’t mind it just sitting in the boot than you’re sweet.
Excellent Booster, Had multiple 2-3 times the size and this thing does better job. I now have 2 of these. They are worth it
These are portable and pack a punch. I've seen one of these even jump start a Case Header/Combine Harvester. Pleasantly surprised by just how good it was.
I already own a jump starter that was advertised to start my 3.2l diesel. It wouldn't. I was given a start by someone with a Projecta IS1500A. It started effortlessly. After researching this unit I bought one. I have needed to use it twice already (have only owned it for a week) to start a 3.2l diesel - again effortless starting. This unit works!! It doesn't have the features to charge mobiles etc - it is purely a jump starter. It is not as small as many jump starters but that is a small concession for a unit that you can be totally confident will start your car/ 4x4.... I work on a mine site and drive a Hilux, after a week being gone on R&R the 2 way radio was left on and battery didn't have an ounce of power, nil, the site had this little beauty, I hooked her up and it started straight up like it was the normal battery starting it,,, totally impressed. I've seen them around but never had the chance to see it in action but now I have, wow!
I use this jump starter at a wrecking yard so it gets used a lot, its a great little unit, its surprisingly very lightweight and i would get around 10 jumps out of 1 charge with smaller petrol and diesel engines. With bigger diesel and v8 you'd probably get 4-6 good goes at getting them starter. I like the docking station charging idea which makes it easy for putting it on charge without having to mess around with cables to plug it in. Given this dock station design you can only charge it in the horizontal position. I would've loved to have been able to wall mount this and it lost a star for this reason. All in all its great little unit.
