Bought five of these for our small office and everyone happy: they are easy to use, plug and play you could say. So light that you soon forgot that you were wearing them. Of course the most important thing is that they give clear sound - they do! They also cut out nearly all background noise.

I've had this product for several years. Foam ear cushions deteriorated after a couple of years. I can't figure out how to get replacements and whether they are at a reasonable price.Plastic cover with Plantronics printing that covers band adjustment just broke.Was able to "fix" problem by using small ty rap to hold it in place.The bottom line is that this product suffers from durability problemsThe mandatory questions on this review submission form are confusing with regards to raffle and free product. I checked NO because I have not received anything. But I would like to have both happen.

The sound quality is superior to many other products we've tested with our new VOIP High Definition phone system. My users are delighted with the sound canceling which delivers an audio atmosphere as if my users are in a quite office and delivered the ability to concentrate closely on the conversation. The foam ear pieces (520) delivers ultimate comfort, allowing my users to be on the phone for hours without stress or discomfort.

I was searching for a durable headset for a call center environment. So far we have had two stop playing audio, one had the plastic housing for the adjustable over the head piece crack, and one had the thin wire rip out. Oh, and one had the buttons installed backwards, so hang up is mute and mute is hang up. So 1 in 10 have had problems in 4 months of use. I am pursuing warranty replacements but the hassle of it is an additional annoyance.
These are provided at the call center I work at. The sound quality is nice but they are quite painful to wear. I am not a fan of on the ear head phones in general and these ones seem extra snug (I have an average size head). By the end of my shift my ears hurt so bad that I want to cry most days. I am currently searching for something less painful.
I got an EncorePro HW520NC provided by our company. I'm using it for 8-9 hours everyday. It's the best! Most comfortable headset ever!
Headset quality is superior regarding call quality and clarity. Universal design allows for easy fit. Three stars really should be 2, what good is a $100 plus headset that falls apart in less than 6 months with typical 40 hour work week, imo skip the cheap thin plastic next upgrade. Won't recommend until housing issue addressed.
This is absolutely amazing and amazing. This is a really good product. It’s good for call center and offices that have a lot of background noise. It’s very comfortable to wear for a long time. The sound quality is great too crisp.
Bought this from Office Max. When I put it on, the spring tension isn't there to help keep the headset in place and secure against my ears. It's almost like the spring was stretched or something - but it was new, so probably not. I have used a number of Plantronics headsets in the past so I was surprised. It's going back today.
It is very comfortable, especially if you wear a hearing aid. I have not tried it on the Avaya telephone yet but it works great on the computer. The Microsoft Teams certified connector is a plus. Just wished it came with a stand so I would not have to lay it on my desk.
