The most gentle laxative I've used.Many are so hard on the gut, causing spasms and more problems.Phloe has helped me over at least 6 yrs to manage my constipation and gut issues.

This product is life changing. I am in New Zealand on holiday and bought these to help me. The best product I have ever tried. No bloating or gas pains with these and they work gently but extremely effectively. I have now bought two big bottles to bring home with me and will write to the company to have them shipped to me abroad. Thank you Phloe creators for making such a brilliant and gentle product!

The best product that I have ever found for my lazy bowels! Have tried everything for my bowels and nothing works except now your product phloe bowel health chewable works fantastic! I have been using this product for 3 years. One capsule daily is all that's needed.Keeps my Bowel healthy and regular.Great product. Would definitely recommend to others.
This product is great. I find it does take 24hrs to work. I take them everyday, regularly. If I know I\'ve got a big night coming up, I\'ll take an extra couple of capsules for an extra effect, but I find two capsules works wonders for maintenance and ongoing comfort. I react badly to gluten, and most carbohydrates, including wine. So this is a saviour to reduce my bloat days. It keeps my tummy flat and makes me feel the way I should, no discomfort or excessive bloating.
I bought it after reading lots of good reviews but nope, no result whatsoever. I started by taking 2 capsules in the morning - nothing. I tried 2 at night before bed - nothing. I tried 1 in the morning 1 before lunch - also nothing. Just a waste of money.
So far...so good! Have definitely helped with my bloating and digestion. I have a bottle at home, and a bottle in my handbag, and I take these daily. I think you definitely have to be consistent in your intake, in order for it to take effect, and see some changes. Overall good product, definitely purchase again once my supply runs out.
If you have chronic stubborn constipation these are a complete waste of time for me. You’d be better off eating some actual kiwi fruit! These are basically just lollies and don’t so what they’re advertised to. Save your money and avoid.
