It is a beautiful necklace no doubt. Dainty and beautiful like the person now wearing it. We noticed the hasp is not centred and sits off to the side. Not sure if that is a manufacturing flaw or a feature. I guess we will never know. Delivery was super fast and it was well packaged. Happy with this purchase.

My B-day was on July 3rd, my daughter gave this! I love it, it's not too flashy, doesn't get in the way or get caught up on things. I love it! It is excellent. The only issue we had was that it came knotted at the clasp, but we worked the knot out without breaking it, and I'm happy!

I got this necklace for my daughter for Christmas. She absolutely loves it! The necklace is dainty, yet has a great clasp so it won't come loose.
I love how dainty, delicate and simple this necklace is. The chain is soft to touch and not too rough as well, which I love. Also, the pendant is not too big. It's the perfect size. Beautiful necklace!
I was so disappointed with these necklaces. I bought the silver and the gold, only opened the silver one, but am returning both. The Infinity pendant was so small you could barely see it and the clasp was not centered in the back. It was more on the side. They are so cheaply made, I wouldn't send either one for the Birthday gifts I bought them for. I was expecting alot better made products for a total of $240 for both.
The neckless is perfect, but what shined the most was the staff on hand. As a 69 y/o male shopping for my 13 y/o daughter, I cannot emphasize enough how helpful the young ladies were. That's what makes Pandora at St-Laurent shine!
No chemicals or water. Tarnished in 3 months. Requesting money back and they are refusing. This is a scam in which they are alleging high quality products but actually selling very poor made products. Never in my life has expensive jewelry tarnished so quickly.
Pandora head office has replied and replaced our daughters Necklace. Thanks for your help and support always! The new one we received is so shiny. Its beautiful.
